Dear Sir/Madam, Below are 3 emails which I have send to TDR process dept, for my 6 PNR ticket from Raipur to Nagpur Journey of 23 persons, in reality the train was late for more than 4 hours which leads up to 6 hours as per information received our team members left the Raipur station after 3 and half hours form the schedule Dep. time of train for Nagpur because they had connecting train to Mumbai from Nagpur. Now they are replying that train was on time, which is totally wrong on their part. I wish if your dept can resolve this issue. But unfortunately the Raipur to Nagpur train No. 02746 was delayed by 6 hours, hence we were not in position to think what to do, we just took private vehicle and reach to Nagpur and from there we 23 passengers travelled by Duranto to Mumbai. Following PNR no. are the passengers not travelled in Train No. 02746. PNR No. [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected]. Total 23 Passengers. sir.i want to say that on roll staff of the HDFC bank is Too Lazy... and not gives service to the custmer as a privet bank.. thay thinks that thay r doing job as a govt bank... kabhi cash jama karne ko mana kar dete hai aur kabhi cash jama nahi karte..custemr ko verfiy karne k liye 1000 baas paresan karte hai..
