I have deposited one of my important document at DHL counter, Vadodara on 20th August, 2009, Thursday to be delivered to Shibpur Howrah, West Bengal. The document was supposed to be delivered on 22.08.2009. But still on 25.08.2009 ( Tuesday) when am submitting this complaint, that document did not reach its desired destination. I paid Rs.260 to get quick delivery of courier service company. But I am really upset after having this type of mismanagement of the company. I sent mail to the customer care of Blue dart. They didn't mind even to send a single reply. As a citizen of India, it's my plea to look into this.
