[Resolved] Micromax Mobile — Not WorKing Properly | |||
I have Purchased a micromax Canvas Doodle A111 on 29.05.2013,and it was working properly for 1 week and after that it was not working properly ,and i have given the mobile to service centre,of micromax at virar, on 19.06.2013 and after that i have gone there 2 time to collect the mobile ,but they are saying the parts are not available ,so i request u ,to get me new replacement of the mobile . Micromax Mobile — Defective mobile
Dear Sir,I would like to bring in notice that, on 03 February 2010 i bought a new Micromax Q5 mobile having IMGI No. [protected] from Asha Collection bhopal, whose bill no. is 1156 Dated:[protected]. From the date of purchasing it creat lots of problem. When i show this all complaint on Asha Collection they suggest me to go on Micromax service center. Then next day I logged complain on Service center that my mobile creat lots of problem like hangging, its earphone is not working properly, software problem. Also I am requesting them to replace my mobile under 7 days replacement gurentee. But they resolve my problem, I follow up more than 10 times. Today they ask me for chargable service. What can I do in this case, kindly suggest me.

Micromax Mobile — mobile keypad not working properly

Hello sir/madam,I purchased C350 CDMA micromax mobile in June 2010 after listening a lot about the superior quality of Micromax mobile from my friends. It is just 1 month completed when i started to face many problems such as..
1) Mobile is getting switched off itself while its have a plenty of battery.
2) The earphone is not working properly.
3) Speaker voice is very less.
I am also facing some other problems but i want to be resolve at least problem of getting switched off itself.
Pls help me otherwise i will start to demote Micromax mobile by sending email to my friends and suggest them to not purchase micromax mobile and will go to consumer court.

Micromax Mobile — defect in new instrument, not a proper service

First of all the company has not mentioned any toll free number or contact e-mail address on their website.
Second is the company has appointed a service center to such a person who cant do any thing on first visit and they always speak lies.
I have purchased a micromax Q7 instrument from nextag gallaria shop, fatehgunj, vadodara wide their bill no. 9391 dated 12.07.2010 (it is just one month ago) its IMEI no. is [protected] and [protected]. it is suddenly stop to recharge battery I think there is a problem of just data cable or charging socket so that when I was gone to the companies service center at vadodara they had told me that there is defect in charging socket of your instrument and they are done only level I and Level II works at Vadodara so that it is required to send at Ahemdabad through job sheet no. 552547 dt. 13.08.2010 of IDEAL Communication and give me the contact no. of their employee who is the main reponsible person in Ahemdabad Service Center and customer care no. i. e.[protected] but no body is pick up the phone. i had tried many time in last three days.
sir, I have make many calls to this no. but nobody can respond.
Now, Please help me to what to do in this matter.

Micromax — not working properly
i hav purchased miromax 3g data card and after some time it will disconect it automaticallyeven ihav hav bill of this iahv purchased it from the bsnl exchange,patiala,punjab
Micromax Mobile — Service is not proper
The service is not proper, service provider had not enough stock of repaired parts so handset is not work during this days. They have not get stock up to 15 days.Specially there was difference in two different service center. But the solution of the problem is still found after repairing & also after replacing parts.I dosent want this type of phone which is really not working properly.
pleas help me in that matter.

Dear siri have done a very big mistake when i purchased Micromax Mobile,
your service center owner told me that mother board problem and it's not available in our center,i have to say something according to center owner(Mr. Balan) when he know that mother board problem is common then how he did not put stock in his center????
sir i repaired at first time on 27/07/2011 then reapited probem again faced then i gave him for repairing on 03/08/2011 but till date center owner unable to say when he will deliver my mobile with good condition.
My mobile has faced this problem after 1 month of purchasing date.

Micro Max — Not working properly anything
hi sir/madami had purchase our micromax phone Q3 on feb-10 from kalyan(e) and after 15days the head phone had stoped working ,from last 4years i am using sony moblie and nokia handset i had never had a problem regarding any issues and thing from today i faceing chargeing problem its not charging ..i came too know that there are many case of chargeing issues is coming now a days..one more things there is a problem of voice i.e when i am in croud place like in train or public place i could not here the voice of people who call me.....pls help me out....as soon as posible....
