[Resolved]  Dish TV — Dish TV not working

I have made already renewal payment on date 18/05/09, transaction no. is 28274401. but my dish connection cut off.

Our Dish Tv not working since last night . First we make complaint on helpline no. But they are demanding for membership no. that is lost . So kindly take our complaint . Please make it right.

dear sir,
from couple of days my dish tv is not working propraly. a have been paid already 1 year charges.
my due date is 1 april 2009. and paid 200 rupees voicher yesterday.

I had recharged my dish tv connection on 8/6/09 from bikaner outlet. (Naman, Heeralal Mall, Bikaner Ph. No.[protected].

My V.C. No. is o[protected].
But my dish tv is stil not working after two weeks. When I contacted the shop owner, they replied that they have alreadly done it.

I have written complaint earlier also but there was no response.
Plz do the needful and get my subscription working.

Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that im Debasis Pahi, my dishtv VC no.is [protected] which im using since last 20 months approximately.Im never been satisfied with ur services.Im not at all able to enjoy your services more than 15 days a month.Today only i have recharged with rs.250 voucher and now im not able to watch any channel.Details of the problem is as below...

301.Signal not Found.

Check if your set top box is properly connected with the dish antenna.If the problem Persists call [protected].

Its a problem im facing everytime i recharge.It was is the warranty period that your engineer comes and make it ok but for few days only.
Now it is not in the warranty period and if i ask your people to come to see it i will be charged a lot for the same.

Pls take care of the same considering my past complaints its more than 20 times.

If the problem persists i will throw the set top box out & will take somebody's service and sue your company at the consumer court as i myself is a lawyer by profession.

About your customer care its been 15-20 mins everytime i dial to get to your customer care representative and im charged for STD call for the call each time i call you.

Im harrased from your services.

Waiting for your call at the earliest.
