This is to inform you that I’m one of the premier customer of Dish TV having VC No.01505056169. I took the new connection of Dish TV in the month of Dec2007 but have been facing many problems since then. In my last 10 months experience I’ve faced one problem twice.
In the month of July 2008, I made payment for renewal the connection but struggled a lot to get the activation of renewed channels.
Again on 11th of October 2008, I made the payment online thru credit card for renewal the VC for next 3 months, but till today I’m VC has yet not re-charged.
For this I’ve been regularly calling customer care, writing complain thru Web based complaint form; I’ve been getting references for the same but I’m not getting positive result from Dish TV.
For your quick perusal I’m giving you some of the complaint references as under:
1) Recharged thru web by credit card for Rs.900/- on 11-10-2008, this is the reference

2) After one hour I got SMS on my mobile no.9312034008 stating
“Your DISHTV payment of Rs.900.00 has been received on 11/10/08. The Transaction no. is 17802024. Your next renewal date is 10/01/09”
3) I called up many times to customer care on 18601803474, and I was assured that the same will be activated within 24hrs but, even I got reference no.16663915 for activation but so far no action has been taken by Dish TV
4) Again, I complained on 17th Oct thru Dish TV Website and I got the following ref
Your Enquiry / Complaint has been registered successfully with us
Your Enquiry Number is SRC-17/10/08-42889.

5) Then I got call from Dish TV on Friday 17-10-2008 saying that my payment has been made to another VC number, but I assured them that this could not be possible because I’ve got the above references on my Mobile no.9313034008 which is registered with Dish TV with the VC No.01505056169.
Sir/madam, as you can see the above communication between me and Dish TV, I’ve been chasing for one particular reason. I’ve made the payment but I’m getting no service from your side.
Now I’m totally fed up with the service of Dish TV, and I don’t want to continue any relationship with the Dish TV.
Kindly refund Rs.900/- for the above payment and make refund of Rs.2999 for Setup Box which I had paid at the time of new connection.
