DNA — Subscription booklet not received

Dear Sir:

I had availed of a subscription from DNA through its website. This was regarding an offer of 2 years subscription for a period of 2 years. After making the payment through the website and receiving a phone call through their offices as per requisite, I was informed that I would receive the booklet within a week or so. It has, as mentioned before, been a month since the payment was made, but DNA is yet to provide any info as to why the booklet has not been sent. In the event of nonreceipt of the booklet, DNA is liable to refund the money that has changed hands, this they have not done.

I have sent mails to [protected]@dna.net regarding the same but to no avail. The subscription receipt that i received bore the receipt # as 891. I would be kindly obliged if you could do something regarding the same or at least provide me with info regarding further course of action.
