[Resolved]  Dna News Paper — DNA news paper not received

Its past December 14th and yet I have not received any paper.I received a stupid sms saying that I should beg my vendor to give me DNA paper( inspite of it being pre paid)...they say "competitiors" are sabotaging the supply!! EXCUSES GALORE

I also took subscription for DNA. But till now i am waiting for news paper. We need to go to High court.

I also didn't get this. I think now they have started in B'lore.
Can any one post DNA contact details.

DNA — not receiving paper

i subscribed this newspaper for a yearly subscription
around 3-4 months before but i have not yet received a single paper in my place...we dont have phone no to call ...

i got a card from DNA they told me that i will get discount on stores and malls but when i went to use it i came to know that it was just a piece of crap ...
if you are out of business atleast pls dont beg for money..and lie to get cash frm people.dont make false promises

DNA News Paper — paper not received during Dec 2008

I wish to inform you that I am subscriber of your news paper and Order form No.023538 / 30.08.08,
after that I have got message from you on 19.12.08 and submitted Jan 09 Coupon on 20.12.08 to your vendor and he has started deliverying the news paper from the same date. To day i.e, 03.01.2009 he has asking for Dec coupon but my complaint is I have not received your news paper full month, It has to be produce on Dec 2009, Why he is asking for the Coupon ? Please clarify this, If he is asking for Dec 08 then what about 20 Days Paper ?

Please send the reply because I have suffered from Times of India in this regard they have not delivered properly.

Assurance from your Executive I was subscribed, and my request is this should not be II Times of India.

DONT BELIEVE IN DNA.

I stay in airport road I too have subscribed to the newspaper which I haven't received a single copy till date. The customer care no. is always switched off the sms says wrong option selected and the website doesnt have any place which give gives some contact details for dna customer care in B'lore. I hope somebody in dna see this and resolve this at the earliest.

There is no Editorial information in the news paper also ... so what a cheater this news agency is... no where their contact details for customer queries or complaints ..

I think DNA is a cheating news paper.. I m also victim of it. Can anyone say wat is B'lore's number? I came to know that office is near Old passport office near MG road.

I am also a DNA's member card holder. I just spoke to customer care of DNA and they were telling that Luckydraw may happen on March 2009

YES, YOU ARE VERY MUCH TRUE AS I HAVE ALSO FACED THE SAME PROBLEM. I HAVE SUBSCRIBED FOR YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION OF BANGALORE MIRROR, BUT FOR THE PAST ONE MONTH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE NEWS PAPER WHEN I HAVE COMPLAINED TO THE HELPLINE, THEY TOOK MY CONTACT DETAILS AND ONE MR.NAGARAJU HAS CONTACTED ME, HE IS ADVISING ME TO GO TO THE NEWS AGENCY AND ASK HIM ABOUT THE IRREGULARILITY IN PROVIDING THE NEWSPAPER. Vendor is charging service charges

Hello,

I have subscribed DNA for Rss.299/-and got a booklet No.033136.
Five of the DNA representatives visited to collect the amount and they promised no
extra money to be paid. When I pointed out about the vendor service charge they
told me that was not applicable hence they struck the DNA Sticker in that place.
Two days back the vendor came and demanding Rs.100/- as service charge for
five months. When I pointed out the booklet and told to him what the DNA representative has told me and the sticker. He went off and stopped distributing the newspaper.
Please advise me how to get the newspaper regularly. The service charge of Rs.20/- is more comparing with other venders.

When I call DNA contact no. 65738888, there is no response. I feel that DNA has not kept their promise by hiding this or their fly by night representatives misguided me.
Please tell me how to stop the vendor, from collecting excess charges or with reduce charge reduce.

As i have ordered on 10th March 2009 by paying 150(one year subscription), since from then i have received Bangalore Mirror paper only for 3 months. Always there was irregularity. This time for this month(September 2009) i have not received a single copy of the same.
Can you please look into it?

Dna News Paper — IRREGULAR DNA NEWS SUPPLY

this is to bring to yr kind notice, that I Grenville.Dcruz.is the subscriber for the yearly supply of DNA NEWS PAPER. the vendor who deliver the DNA news paper at our resident. Mukund Park, flat.no: 001 grd flr, Sheetal Nagar,Mira Road (E) Thane-401107. is very irragular in delivering the news paper at our door step hes has not given us the news paper for about 10 days for this year. and deliver the news papers after 9.00 am, inspite of repeated reminders to thier delivery boys to deliver the papers by 7.30 am.

kindly do the needful at the earliest and oblige.and see that the vendors deliver the News Paper in time.

Dna News Paper — agent not receiving the coupons
