Domino Pizza — Poor customer orientation, service | |||
My family has been loyal customers to Domino Pizza for many years. The service in Hyderabad was always good. Now I'm in Bangalore, we ordered Pizza from Dominos. The call was routed and thereafter the order was taken by Rajajinagar branch - Ms Reena at 1332 hrs with the promise to deliver in 30 minutes. After one hour when there was no delivery; I called up and the lady promised to check and call me back. At 1429hrs I was forced to call the vendor - Mr Babu took the call. I was told that they will deliver the fresh pizza in 20 minutes which was not kept up. I was told there is nothing I can do but to wait for another 30 minutes! I was forced to eat bread+jam to address my hunger pangs when the ordered food didnot come even after reminders! Calling the Domino office in Bangalore to give a complaint is no use as no one picks the telephone[protected]/8/9. As the last resort, I logged a complain online at the Domino website reference no-30227. This whole experience has made me resolve never to trust/call Domino Pizza ever again. Domino Pizza — Refund not Paid
Hi,I have ordered Pizza at Chennai Velachery outlet on Aug/23 with my Citi bank credit card for Rs.350. They have cancelled the order and transfered to Guindy outlet. After 4 months of repeated followups, I couldn't get my money refunded to my credit card and it is highly disappointing for a regular custmer like us.

Final Update:
Mr Babu along with Mr Umesh visited our place to appologize for the service and returned the bill as per Company terms for delays beyond 1 hour. I appreciate the accountability and professionalism of the two employees.

pizza not deliver in my area

Domino Pizza — rubbish service, even more disgusting staff
I ordered from dominoes on 15 feb 2009 after placing an order and also being told the bill amount i waited for 45 min but no sign of any delivery, also my house is a mere 700 metres from the dominoes outlet i ordered from. when i called back the same lady spoke to me and said the last time i placed the order was on 7 feb, ha ha ha.when i told her i ordered 45 min back she placed me on hold as if she or her disgusting employer was paying for my bill...DOMINOES PIZZA taste me bakwas, service me double bakwaas.
