My consientment Receipt No. is A15834394. The documents were couriered from Surat to Baripada (Orissa) on 27/07/2009. Even after repeated inquiries and complaints through mails. I am not yet to receive back or deliver to my relative the consignment after 7 month. What should i do to get back that parcel as it contain some personal imotional things like Marriage photograph-album and rakhi of total cost 800rs. DTDC — not deliver the parcel
i have booked a parcel from your baroda office for usa ohio, on 21/11/2008. on24/11/2008 it reaches to your NY office, while contact your Ny office we received very ordinary reply. on 27/11/2008 we have contact your Ny office & we surprised by the reply that they tel that your consinment will delivered you by surface & it will take minimum 4 days or u need next day delivery u have to pay 32 $ additional.Now what is the system of company like dtdc, we booked the consignment for special occation on 27/11/2008 & we booked it as a air parcel & not for surface delivery.
we never suugest or sent any thing throug dtdc in future.

I am Gireesh residing in Trivandrum. I have supposed to get a parcel which is been couriered from Ernakulam by yesterday. Appreciate that the DTDC officials had called me yesterday to inform that the courier has been arrived. But they can't deliver it, since they don't have service in my residence area. Staying very much inside the city it is surprising that they don't have service in this area. Same level of disrepute responsibility has been noticed many times earlier. Once I sent a courier from Bangalore to one of the well known college in Trivandrum city and the response was same as they don’t have services. But when accept an item they never disclose at all. Again sent through another courier service and unfortunately the last date was over and the college officials couldn't accept my application. Always the DTDC officials have only one comment, "We have already informed the places which we do not have services to all of our branches and we are not responsible at this side, hence please contact the branch you approached to send the item". If they don't have services in Sasthamangalam, Vellayambalam, Poojappura, Thirumala then why do they operate. They have concerns in only collecting items to courier and get the payment and there is no responsibility in Delivering it. Please address this issue at the earliest.

We made enquiry at many times with your local DTDC office, but there is no proper reply that comes which means BLITHERING WORST SERVICE. You do your service with as per your wish whether good or bad, we don't worry we should be worried if only we are going to follow you in future. NOW OUR ENQUIRY IS HERE, WE FLATLY NEED TO KNOW WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THAT MEDICINE PACEL, GIVE DELIVERY IMMEDIATELY TO OUR PARTY. My consignment # Z86789176 was dispatched from Delhi for Delhi on 15th April and it is still in transit mode. I called up Delhi customer care on 17th to ask where my packet is and they were not even in position to tell me the same. They gave me complaint # 139340 and said that they will call in 30 min to tell me the location of the packet. when I didn't received any call from them I again called after 1 hr and they said it will take another 30 min to find out the same. Again i didn't received any call from them.
Then i called HO and spoken with Ms Marina who said that she will call me back in 1 hr time. I didn't rec. any call from her too. The packet was very important to me and i didn't rec the same on Friday (17th).
Still today when I reached office thinking that by now my packet would have reached to my surprise packet is yet not delivered. Internet tracking is not giving any clear idea and regional office phone is as usual busy/ i am coordinating with HO over the mail and phone continually but no firm answer where the packet is or any other details are with me yet. One officer is giving task to other and then nothing is happening.

dtdc delivery value — Parcel Not Delevered
Dear Sir,My Name is Vishesh I had send my Parcel though DTDC Delivery Value Though Mahanager Branch(Mahanager, opp of Yash Car Bazar) on 19 Oct 2009 with Nation Pluse Service. According to this service parsal would be dilevered witn in 2 working days. but my parcel not dilevered till 23Oct2009 when i asked about reason why? they not gave me proper reply and they are also not co-oprate with me.I want them to return back my parcel with all dilevery charges and my other expenses.

DTDC — non receipt of parcel
I am working in indian air force presently posted at Himachal Pradesh, my father had sent a parcel on 06 Nov 09 which contains RTO papers whose no.is k37617045 and today is 19 Nov 09 and still i have not yet recieved the parcel as a result i have to suffer a fine of Rs 6000/-. Now can you please tell me where my parcel has gone and who will pay the fine??????Hope for your quick responce and a favourable judgement..........DTDC — Non delivery of the consignment
The DTDC is a fraud.They do not deliverd the consignment but they stole it.My sister had send the consignment from Pune to mumbai on 10th march 2010 ( AWB P[protected].It was reached mumbai at goregaon (Dindoshi) on 11th March 2010 but still i have not received it.These people are not responding on the phone calls as well.Just taking the adress again & again and saying that we will forward this today.I strongly beleive that these peoples had pilfered my consignment.& i want the compensation for it.Pls take a legal action against these company as they don't even bother to give the status. Dear SirI couried a rakhi envelope on 11th aug from alaknanda branch of dtdc .even today on 18th aug we have not recieved courier in moradabad
Receptonist confrimed it will be delivered the next day on 12th aug
Please take a look into this matter as this is not acceptable under any circumstances

DTDC — dtdc didn't handle parcel properly
this is regarding consignment no.B76326209, i sent a photo frame via this courier. When the receiver received the courier they find that photo frame was broken along with the frame glass. It was clearly mentioned that handle the courier properly. Parcel — non delivery for 9 days
Non delivery of courier and irresponsible behaviourI gave one important letter and one gift for my friend in Thiruvarur, Tamilnadu, to professional courier for on 26/06/2008 paying Rs 15 for the service with full recipient address and phone number along with my address.
When i came to know my friend have still 4/07/2008 not received the courier i went to office where i had placed the order to enquire. And to my surprise to the highest level, nobody in the office even knows the status of the parcel!!
Only after i informed then the status, different employee came up with differest status! . Till today i am chasing them to get the things back atleast so that i can arrange to send it again. This kind of behaviour is highly irresponsible from professiona courier service.
Please change your irresponsible Bad service. Please responce
