[Resolved]  Dtdc Courier — Delay in delivery

my company's employee, balwinder kumar sent me a courier from BHATINDA SUPER FRANCHISEE at bhatinda for ludhiana on[protected]. my shipment no. is Z80249624. it should be delivered in ludhiana on next day i.e.[protected], but i have not recieved it yet. there are important paers in it and i have to give it to my bank. we are suffering loss due to the negligence of the courier co. so you are requested to please take action against them.

I had send a parcel mumbai to dehradun but still is 6 days and parcel hav'nt recieved..when i called the Malad Branch they said we 'll check to the customer care so call after 1 hour still after that they said customer care is busy call more 1 hour ..when i called customer care they said wait for some time and they talking with there collegues for movie and dinner..after that they said we'll check and call u after 1 hour ...now its so many hours...no body knows from dtdc where is my parcel... now who is responcible for all this...

My uncle couriered certain things through DTDC on 12/01 from Kharagpur for my address in Chennai. POD no is K33009711. Today 20/01 till now I have not received the courier. In the website of tracking if we check then it is showing as OUT ON DELIVERY from 16/01 but still now the courier is not delivered. When I checked with their call centre on 17/01 they told it will be delivered on 17/01 and the delay was because there holiday for 3 days in Chennai from 14/01 to 16/01. Again when I called on 19/01 they told it will be delivered on the same day. Till 9 pm they told it will be delivered. Whenever I give a call they will tell it will be delivered in the same. I have posted 5 compalints in the site but all in Vain.

I would recommend to everybody that people should never use the service of DTDC ever as they cheat people in saying they do courier service. They actually are slower than Indian Postal service.

I have experienced a hopeless experience in using DTDC courier service. Trust me; if i can start walking from Bangalore towards Mysore. I may reach within 50 - 60 hours. But to deliver a small parcel, DTDC has taken more than 10 days from Bangalore to Mysore. Still my friend has not received the courier and there is no proper escalation point available in DTDC. What kind of service do they give. I suggest my friends not to use and trust this service ever in future. Please somebody help this Courier Company to do better service.

Really very very poor courier service of DTDC. I request to all please dont trust DTDC services if you trust you will stuck.

A parcer was sent to me on 21 june from kolkata via consignment no K48968226. It was despatched from kolkata on 21 june via manifest no K6677180.It reached indore on 24 june via manifest no M7980619 and it was out for delivery the same day via manifest no I8302974. right now the time is 2115 hrs of 28 june and im yet to recieve my consignment even though im only 25 kms from centre of Indore city. Numerous efforts to contact the DTDC area manager/office over telephone failed. I sent an email to the customer care of DTDC who replied that they will look into the matter, however its been 3 days and im yet to hear from them again.

We sent one consignment through DTDC from Gurgaon(Haryana) to Bijnor(U.P.) on 23.06.2011

Dockat No. is Z31504390. WE MADE SO MANY TIMES FOLLOW UP AT Gurgaon,Opposite Maruti office -{ MR. Praveen Sharma[protected] } ,he said it will reach on Saturday,but on Saturday no courier reached to Bijnor,then I checked on internet,it was showing it is in Varanasi(InTransit) then I called up Gurgaon to Mr.Vijay Singh-[protected],he said today(monday) evening it will be delivered.

Then after sometime I again called up he said it is misrouted and reached Varanasi,will be delivered Tuesday morning.I asked why it has been misrouted then he said it happens no issue talk to our senior.I called up Mr.Jai Shree-[protected](always rings no proper response),then I called up Priya-[protected](no.switchedoff),then I again came back to Vijay singh -[protected],he had disconnected the phone.I tried to call then Praveen Sharma,he said we will deliver on Tuesday.Then again on tuesday I checked with Praveen Sharma-he said very rudely its not my fault ask seniors(very bad behaviour).

No One picked up my call in any DTDC,Regional Office Nariana also.
Wednesday it reached around 1:00 PM at my house.
Why they booked our consignment?If they are not responsible enough,you know in that courier it was carrying important documents and specs due to which my mother suffered a lot of pain.Who is responsible for this.Why customer suffers always.

Please sir, this is my request to take serious action against this courier service.

DTDC Panchkula received consignment no. B80348584 and it was sent for delivery to UHBVN office, this office is a Corporate office of Electricity Deptt. at Haryana level, MD/GMs and about 3000 employees are working there. On[protected] this office was shown closed on DTDC web site though it was a working day. On 06,09and[protected] the consignment has been shown to be out for delivery on DTDC web site vide menifest nos. J5675879,J5675923,5675960and J5675997 respectively but still not delivered to consignee. The DTDC staff is not delivering the consignment in connivance with UHBVN authorities may be having some illegal gratification, because it relates to RTI Act mentioned on envelop and an IPO is also enclosed with some important documents.

I placed some orders on Jabong and they shipped product on 13th and
14th respectively and products are in baroda since last 8 days and
DTDC website shows status that we attempted but party was not
available.
I want to know what the hell is going on with DTDC,
even things posted through post office reaches Faster than DTDC Courier service.
Take some action and have my couriers deliver soon.

i tried to call on their customer care number but it is not at all available.
and when I called on their AHMEDABAD office one lady give me a number which no one pics up.
and When i contact jabong they says have patience we are working.

I have already posted Complain regarding Jabong but still havn't heard from them.
Now this all makes me wonder when consumer forum is not doing anything regarding customers problem with companies, why would e commerce or courier company will care.
