[Resolved] DTH Airtel — recharged but no DTH service | |||
I got my subscription recharged ( ID-[protected]) after the due date as I was travelling for last few days, all that is required in this case is a deduction of Rs 10 as charges for activating the suspended service but with Airtel DTH it becomes so bothersome to get the service resumed even after renewal/recharge. I got the recharge on 29.10.11 around 4.00pm for Rs 250, but the service is still shown suspended. It has happened with me twice before when my travel plan could not agree with the due date for renewal, and I had to make calls after calls to customer care to activate the DTH service after recharging. I am totally fed up now to go through the same drill again and again. I am seriously thinking to change my DTH service provider after using up the recharge value this time.
