[Resolved]  Durga Builder Pvt. Ltd. — Not give the plot

This is a major fraud that has affected hundreds of people who have turned from citizens (when they purchased the plots from Durga Builder) to senior citizens now. In fact some of them have left us and their families behind in the fight for the justice.

There are associations comprising of the plot holders that are fighting for the same cause. You can consult such associations to be a part of the fight against injustice.

I Think the land is already occupied by local dealers if anybody visited the site can clearly see the hoarding and slums incresing day by day.
It might be too late before any decission comes from court.

We are also suffering from the same fraud and if any decision is declared by the court some1 please inform me on this no.

I think we can file applications under RTI at Deptt. of Town Planning (DTP) Faridabad to know the exact status and address of Durga Builder.

The Economic Offence Wing of Delhi Police may also have some information.

If the original applicants does not get the plots, why the opportunists and powerfull should gain.

If any sufferer gets to know the address of Durga Builders, he/she should make it public. The original applicants who have invested should help each other.

I assure you all that I will share the latest development, if I get to know anything about this.

Durga Builders plot — not giving the plot

We have purchased one plot measuring 100 sq yards in OKHLA ENCLAVE created by M/S DURGA BUILDERS AT THE PRICE OF Rs.120 per sq yards and given around Rs.50,000/- at that time now we have all the receipts now we don't know the process.

Kindly help.

Hi any body know about supreme court order about durga builder for alt mate of plot holder his plot when
or any informational about please share with me i need help.

As far as I know the two associations are not keen to let others join them. They just want to eat the cake. Bhai logo forget the plot ( I think so). These associations have requested the court not to accept any more petitions. Kuchh Samjhe? Some powerful persons (who entered the arena much later) have invested their time and money to get the plots there, and the persons who originally booked the plots are going to suffer. I think this is the reality. These associations have made the point to the court that these persons did not come forward when the Court Commissioner was appointed, and how come they are emerging now. I think the Court has also agreed this.
I want to make it clear when the common people does not know the whereabouts of the Company, how can they are supposed to trail the developments? How can our Judicial system can ignore this. We did not get the opportunity to present ourselves since the whole proceedings were done in a discreet manner. Is this such a major fault that we are deprived of the investment made by our elders, some of whom are no more now?
I also think that this site is merely for sufferers to just shed their tears. As no assistance is being provided by the site-managers to the sufferers.
They should atleast have some guidance to the sufferers.

hello, how r u, my friend is also trapped in that " EDENBURG CITY" plot allotment fraud but he contact mr. nanda the m/s durga builders owner by self (also with help of a ngo) and make the pressure on him and he got their money back, if nay body wants to help in that case then i m glad to help as much as possible from my side.

India is the most corrupted nation in the world. it does not give any value to the common people. Common men are even dieying for minimum requirement roti, kapada and makhan. politicians have innumerable numbers of flats etc. where is democracy? for Indian Constitution, the definition of democracy should change.

All powerful person are making money out of the poor people minimum income. where is " jai jawan jai kissan"

My father has also taken a plot of measuring 100 sq yrd for plot no-528 in the housing society. But we don't have any further information regarding it, So please could any one can let me know the status of this property and any process to file a case for the same.

We have submitted all the value and the development charges of the property. So please if any one have any information regarding this housing group please let me know. We are ready to pay if some amount is needed to pay for the same.

I also purchased a plot of 100 sqyard which later converted in to 121 sqyard, .They first taken very small amount afterwards revised the rate on account of development charge to Rs 550.00/sy and given the assurance that who will deposited the full amount up to a particular time period, I will give them plot, unfortunately I did so and somehow they draw lottery and I got the plot no. I-235, at Edemberg City. But after some time they again asking money by one reasons or the others and some of the smart person filed the against Mr. Nanda and then prosecution starts upto some times I also follows the case and at one time court asked to prove weather you had deposed full amount, I also given the proof which later court accepted the receipt of full amount. But with the lag of time my health condition does not permit me to follow the case and the case also increase the tension and I shifted to old residential accommodation to new address 518 A, Sector 3. R.K.Puram. new Delhi110022 with phone no.[protected].At this point of time when we have very few time to live on this honey earth I will feel very fortunate if I will be included in the list of members who will be live in that area.
