[Resolved]  Election Commission Of India — Voter Id card

Subject:- Complain Regarding Add Name new Voter list
Dear Sir/madam
I want to inform you that I am Subhash Kumar Jha, S/o, Shri Inderkant Jha, R/o, House No.3095, Street No. 78, Sant Nagar Burari Delhi-110084, Moble No. [protected], email :- [protected]@yahoo.co.in, I have submitted form No. 6, and 001 with my photo and address Proof for issue a new Voter I Card on dt. 29.01.2009 after the submitting this form I have not get any response from your department after the few datys I collect a new Telephone No.[protected], after the discussion with Mr. Sahil form Kashmiri gate Delhi, I gate a again New Number [protected] Mr. Rajesh Ji who is head of the Burari Constituency after the discussion all matter he ask me that submit a new form after that I have again submit new form with my photo and address proof on dt. 25.03.2009 but my name is not add in new list of voters
So, I request you to please take the immediate and sufficient action regarding this matter because I have already face lot of problem from your department .

We have submitted Form-6 of New Voter ID Cards on 25th Jan 2009 of my following family members. We have submitted Form-6 of 7 (Seven) members of my family. Out of seven, we have received only 3 nos of Voter ID Cards balance four nos of Voter ID Card till date not received.

Kindly look into the matter and arrange necessary action for delivering the Voter ID Cards ASAP. Our Address is given below:

we have found many mistake in my voter id card,
1-mistake is date of birth is wrong-xx/xx/1979, it is wroong dob, correct DOB is 15/07/1986,
2-my father name is wrong in english word, my father name is Om Prakash Sharma, but in voter id is Aem Prakash,

my voter id card no is-GWN1963529,

i am a resident of 268 barabanki.my name was not registered even after going through all the formalities.my name has not yet figured in the voters list but it was in the proposed voters list which is prepared earlier.I request the concerned authority to go through the problem and come out with a result.i niether got the voter ID card nor my name figured in the voter list.

i want to say you, you are saying india is a democracy country but how it possible . i am from bihar and 20%of bihar citizen are living out of bihar. can you say that, have you arranged these pepole for vote facility.no you have not done, , this is really shameful work from election comission of india.

IN THIS COUNTRY the word ACCUNTABILITY has no meaning.When ever you go to official they will direct you in endless street.
I have not given my vote. SORRY BHARTMATA.

When I went to exercise my right to vote on 30.04.2009 in Booth no.218 in RAIPURWA.I was told by Electoral staff that NAME OF MYSELF AND ARCHANA JOSHI IS VILOPIT In LIST. In Photo Voter list, our photo and details were printed but VILOPPIT was written.SO THAT WE CAN'TCAST OUR VOTE.
I am a Gazetted officer in STATE GOVT.SERVICE and POSTED AT KANPUR.I am regularly residing in that address and havenot left it.I want to know why my Name is VILOPIT.Kindly rspond and make arrangents to include our NAME IN VOTING LIST so that we can exercise my right to vote in future Elections.

We(me & my wife) have submitted the voted registration forms to our Electoral Officer address mentioned below. But we didnot find our name in the voter list. also we applied for voter id cards also & we did not receive voter id cards. We couldnot vote this time too. Why the hell are these people in Govt offices not doing their job?? If these lazy do not want to work, why can't they resign from their job & do what they want to do.

I had submitted my registration form during the assembly election in delhi few months back.
But when i went to collect the voter ID card there was somebody else s photo printed there.
I filled a correction form as i was asked to do so and attached two photographs again but all in vain as again my photo was not there.
I had repeated this for 6 times that means 12 photographs have been submitted but still the when i went last month to collect my card again the same mistake.It seems that they did not bother to rectify the same.
I was proud that i casted my vote last time as my name was there in the List but not to my surprise this time my name has been deleted from the list of my area(R K Puram)
I had requested them that i not only need my card so that i can vote but also to have an address proof that is an identity but carelessness and irresponsibility displayed by the EC officials i have decided that i will not vote.
Therefore please make sure that for next elections the EC officials do there job correctly because if one by one we all decide the same then nobody will come out to elect the right candidate
