Photo ID card
I am Sanjoy residing at ward number 9 of Baranagar Municipality area. Two years ago year we are requested by local municipality to proceed two color photo for new photo ID card. I did the same by receiving one receipt against the photo. After that till date we have not got such ID card after visiting the municipality again and again. Today I have lost the receipt for the same and I am now in dark that how can I get the ID card. Please help. |

I, sukamal ghosh & my wife Mrs Tapati ghosh have been taken digital phtograph by the authorised official of Election Commission at Bipin Bihari Dey pathagar Shibtala Street, P.O.-bhadrakali, Dist-Hooghly Part No -80 of 185-Uttarpara Assembly Constituency Now sl no 331 &332 .Our old analogue photo identy Card No are i) WB/26/179/627170 ii) WB/26/179/627092 respectively.I have contacted with the respective Booth for geting the digital photo identy card but in vail.Non-coperation of officals either of Booth level OR sub-divisional official is result.Kindly attach this work by the Central Govt.empolyees and State govt.empolyees jointly so that nobody will be harrased by state officials.Hope you would be taken action against the errant officials and arrange to deliver my digital card by which we can francise my vote in forthcoming parliament election

A.K PAUL ROAD, KOLKATA-700034 is a Voter under Behala West Assembly constituency.I and my wife has submitted photoes for preparation of EPIC to nearest K.M.C Office at Behala containing EPIC slips Token no-6438134&643813. But on last 07.03.09 I had attended at Behala K.M.C Office to collect those cards but not get that cards.
Kindly inform me that how can We tender our votes on comming Election?

Respected Sir,
I want to draw your kind attention to correct the photograph which printed against my wife Mrs. Sujata Banerjee's name, published in your recent voter list of 114 Dum Dum constituencey, part no 91, srl no. 1016 of page no 36, though she have the proper voter identicard with correct photograph but it is amaizing that now in your voter list the photograph is wrongly printed, Hope you take necessary action to correct her photograph in your recently published voter list and inform me accordingly.

I dont have any voter identity card . Due to the nature of my job I was not in a position to go thru the formalities as required . Now I am residing at Anandanagar, P.O. Ghola bazar, P.S . Ghola, Sodepur, Kolkata -700111 (Under panihati Municipality)
Presently I am posted at Kolkata Airport . I have my PAN card, Driving licence . Kindly adz whether it is possible to get the same

I am a voter of Barasat constituency.From last 3 months I am in pune for my official work and I will be here for next 4 moths.

I am not enlisted in the voters list.To get my name in the list I went to office at Shrirampur, W.B.(on getting enlisted I'll be voter of part no-100 A.C.No-185). After wandering from table to table I was not told that no form is available. I was disappointed not only beacause of their attitude but also I had to take leave from my office to attend there.
I want to know whether I can get those form on-line or any other offices of Election Commission or I have to wait for their camps to be held in future.

But respective ERO officer cancell my aplition . So where I contact contact for the making my Election card.

Cmputarised photo electoral roll is not there in the official website where from I can download the same. In the published hard copy there are so many names against whom there is epic no. but no photo. there are so many voters whose names found in different addresses i.e. more than once their names are there in the voter's list. why the double or more entries have not been screened by computer? Why the dead voters still are there in the voter's list? why death registers maintained?
I shall be awaiting your answer.

sir, myself sanchari chatterjee live at howrah word no 45, at baksara.I am 21 year old college student.I have applied for votar ID card with 2 coloured photocopy & other documents at 19/12/2008 & I went for hearing also at 6/1/2009 at baksara high school.My serial number of application is 173/80.
Two days ago the votar list have published, but there my name is absent.
In this regard my question is, can't I get my votar ID card to vote in the LOK SABHA election which is knocking at the door?sir, in the case of my application the application form was in between my two neighbour who are there for transferring their ID card after marrige, but their ID cards are given to them yesterday, but my card is absent, & there is not my name in votar list also.why this is happen to me?
I want to vote in the comming election.pls sir, allow me to participate in this election by issuing my voter ID card.

I, Pradyot Kumar Chatterjeef and my wife Reena Chatterjee residing at 14, Ho Chi Minh Sarani, Mangalam Park, Kolkata-700034 have Voter id cards with phototaken before the last West bengal state elections. Our booth was at Barisha Library.
Now for the General elections 2009 I would like to know 1. WHether our name is in voter list. 2. WHich is our vote booth, 3. WHere can I see the voter list and check srl no etc.
Will some autuority help me with above.

Recently I changed my address From Kankurgachi C.I.T. Building, Block -02, Flat 32, Kolkata -700 054 to Kankurgachi C.I.T. Building, Block -02, Flat -51, Kolkata - 700 054, In the same Area, Same Locality, Same Building only Floor has been changed (From 3rd Floor to 2nd Floor). and I got the EPIC Card no. JSC2995751 with the new address which I require but when I verify the voter list, I did not found my name in the Voter List (AC: 167 -Maniktola, Part No.:153, Polling Booth : Gyandeep Balika Vidyalaya)
Pls. do some needfull to enlist my name in the voters list as early as possible.
