To The Officer Inchrage Provident fund consumer complaint N-Delhi Sub;- Complaint against PFO,Office-Pune -regarding non refund of my Provident Fund amounting Rs. 14385 as on 01-04-08 R/Sir I worked as Executive in Bajaj Allianz Gen. Insurance company,Pune wef 14-02-05 to 25-06-07.My I have applied for refund of my P.F .My refund case is pending wef 22th April 2009 ,in the o/o Provident Fund commissioner ,Pune I have put up the varios grievances on line to the official website of Provident Fund Commissioner,Pune. My status as updated on online website, is that your case is under progress & you will enquire after 15 days. I have sent three letters bt FAX to Chief provident fund commissioner( MR Joseph), Pune. Till to date no action has been taken by said office/officers It brings a bad name to organisation & harrasment to the Employee. I worked as a Sales Manager in Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance & my PF forms has been submitted on 23 / 07 / 09 but till date nothing has been done inspite of sending lots of mails .

my Provided fund No is MH/123046/466 WHICH IS TO BE WITHDRAWN, my transfer from MH/31760/1185 to PF account no MH/123046/466 is submitted TWICE, ONCE ON 30/01/2009, SECOND ON 19/05/2009 STILL THE PF TRANSFER IS PENDING AND THE PERSON CONCERN SAYS THE FORM SUBMITTED IS MISPLACED.

Hi All,

I request you all to gather one day fix the date and time.
Then we all can go to PF office and even we can call media and say our concern
because whatever request you guys are putting here in consumer complaint no one is going to work on it nor react on it because they are the same india government employee as the PF employee so i sugget you to post the excat date and time here and then we all can gather in PF office pune and take a proper action.

I am not satisfied with PF office
My name is ritu agrawal and my PF number is UP/2117/199 I submitted my claim form on 23 June 2011 and it is now Sep 2011 I have still not received my PF. I talked with PF office they are now saying that under process . I do not know how to get my own money back it is now more then 3 month passed and PF employee is sitting ideal. I AM IN GHAZIABAD , I WORKED FOR AMTREX HITACHI APPLIANCES LTD FROM 1.4.2001 TO 30.10.2003. MY PF. NO. IS GJ/15948/2905.

I SUBMITTED REQUEST TO WITHDRAW MY PF AMONT OF RS. 38548/- BUT TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY INFORMATION FROM PF COMMISSIONER'S OFFCIE.

Respected Sir / Madam,

Kindly be informed that I had thrice sent my PF withdrawal form to above mentioned employer through Registered post to get sign & stamp. Still I didn't get any response & forms were disposed by employer.
Finally I had submitted my PF withdrawal for at EPF Pune office at Golibar Maidan along with all Necessary documents & forms demanded by officer. I had submitted forms in the month of September 2011 but yet fund is not transferred on my account. I would request to look into matter & kindly keep me posted with status.

Sir, I would like to inform you that i have received a cheque for my P.F no MH/34020/31791 of Rs.10, 607 cheque no.801802 & Rs.4, 527 cheque no.122336 having account no is [protected] of H.D.F.C.Bank Ltd.but i already closed that account at that time. So i return those cheque to P.F. Department to reissue with my new account no.[protected] of AXIS BANK LTD. As a feedback for those cheque they send a letter asking for my attesting passbook and application form the Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance Co.Ltd.Department So i send two times attested document for the date 1/10/2012 and 21/3/2013 but you are not transfer my amount till date

So please check status my refund cheque as soon as possible.

I worked with Nuchem Ltd and was member of EPFO account no.HR/000116/000/003436. The company Nuchem Limited is defaulter and delayed in paying and not paid full amount. I require my account statement but not getting so far.
