Dear Sir/Madam,

I had a very tricky situation and I dont know how to proceed. Here is the story.

I had worked under M/S. Sur Iron & Steel, 15 Convent Road, Kolkata-14 from 17/12/2001 to 03/07/2008.

After resignation they have handed over my PF form duly signed at the end of October"08.

After submission the same had returned by the PF authority on 27/11/08 due to lack of documents to be submitted by the Employer as well as lack of fund.

However from that date I had met the APFC (Mr.K.K.Roy) for severel times as well as tried to meet Mr.Jayanta Sur(Director of Sur Iron & Steel Co.).

Till date I have not recieved the PF amount or any positive comunication from PF Authoruty.

Also no reply in this matter received from M/S. Sur Iron & Steel Co. Pvt. Ltd.

For your information in this matter Sur Iron"s record is not good as many past employee of them is effected for this after resignation.

However due to treatment of my parents I need a lot money now.Seeking badly due to this problem not also handeled properly by APFC, Kolkata-91(Salt Lake).

Need to know what to do next to get my money?

Related to the above said EPF deduction detail from my Salary and deposited to Provident Fund department, I had received only the amount of Rs 30716/- dtd 05/05/2001 which is the part of EPF deduction but still I did not recd the part of Pension Fund which was Rs 13643/-. Original documents have already been sent thru Registered Post RLA8650 dtd 7/12/2009
And after sending the signed document from employer and myself I regularly mailing & telephoning at 23593682 and always the person takes my mobile no and said they will call me but after sending the documents 3 months back and regularly following up I did not recd my balance fund amount so it is my request to EPF Department to kindly release my Full & Final amount of Provident fund or Pension Fund due against my EPF A/c No WB/16352/225 and remit the amount to my mentioned Saving Account at the earliest. account details I have already sent thru registered post and also I regularly mailing to said email ids

I worked in a kolkata based local company m/s eskag pharma pvt. ltd, . from september 2005 to april 2007 at patna head quarter. every month in name of PF account company deducted amount from my salary. at the time of resignation on 16 april 2007 company neither provided salary nor any kind of papers. for last 4 years requested company's persons to settle my account. eskagg company neither giving me due salaries & expenses (feb, March, april 05) nor settling EPF account. hence i am writing this letter to you directly. please do the needful as i dont know eskag pharma is depositing my money in EPF a/c or not.
