My PF No.MH/40911 company Time Technoplast Ltd, Mumbai worked since October 2007 to January2008
As an Area Manager (Genex) division. My Total PF amount deducted from my salary Rs.3784 shown in the salary slip. I wrote a letter to settle my all the account to HR dept. So far no response.
Please guide to get my PF money pending.

Catering — EPF Amount not received

I am Sanjay Damodar Kale, Worked in Radhakrishna Hospitality Serviecs Pvt. Ltd., I Resigned in August 2007 and submitted EPF Form to Charkop Kandivli PF Office, Mumbai
MY EPF ACCOUNT NO IS MH/22551/F/412
This form submmited in October 2007. but we received back due to some document require PF office (Pan Card, Pass book copy & ration card copy). This all document we submitted in the month of 3.06.2008. I have acknowledge copy also. But till date I have not received my PF Money.

In your PF Office, They never answer the phone. That is very disgusting & furstrating. For a person working 9-5 cannot go to the PF office and keep checking.

PLS HELP ME.

Re : P.F. NO. WB/HLO/43350/08 & SSN NO. [protected]

Your kind attention is hereby drawn to the fact that two years have almost passed I have not received my P.F. amount though I have completed all formalities and filled up the P.F. Withdrawal Form on November, 2007. But your concerned department has deposited the Form on 23.07.2008. Mr. Sanjib Saha called me at Howrah P.F. office on 23.07.2008 and I signed again on the said form. I repeatedly contacted with your concerned department and also Mr. Sanjib Saha who was dealing my case. But now he has not taken any initiative and told me that I have not received your P.F.Form from Howrah P.F Office. Actually he is no more interested in this matter. He asked me to refer this case to Panchghara.

I contacted personally at Howrah P.F.Office on 19.11.2008 and met P.F. Officer. They have told me that your form has been returned on 11.11.2008 to your company due to some reasons. After that I contacted Mr. Sanjib Saha regarding the same. He told me that he does not know anything regarding my P.F. Then he asked me to contact Panchghara H.R.Department. I also talked to Mr. Roy who has recently joined in your company in H.R. Department. He does not know anything regarding this.

Sir, I personally request you to please take up the matter and advise your concerned department to solve this issue. I do not want to waste your valuable time. But due to gross negligence of your concerned department I have compelled to write you.

Hope you will look into the matter and take necessary action so that I can get the amount from P.F. Office.

Hi,

I was working with "THE BODY CARE HEALTH CARE PVT LTD", Bangalore branch as Slimming Manager and quit in August 2006. I submitted my PF form in September 2006. Till now I haven't received my PF. I inquired in PF office, they said the company hasn't submitted form 9 to PF office so my PF is delayed. I visited and called The Body Care office many times to check with this, but every time I visit I see a new accountant who doesnt know anything.I called Delhi branch many times but no response, they just hang up the calls.

Can something be done towards this.

We got three connections of AIRTEL DATA CARD with the following number [protected], [protected], [protected] in the name of AARKAY SOFTWARE, F3/29, SECTOR 15, ROHINI, DELHI - 110085, H17/157 SECTOR 7 ROHINI DELHI N11 0085 with continues requests for cancellation of the DATA CARDS these connections are still active and we are keep on getting bills for the same.
We had called up at 121 (helpline) and your executive replied that these connections are now deactivated then why we are getting bills.

Kindly look into the matter and stop sending these bills as we are not using these connections any more, also let us know about the refund of the amount deposited as security

SUNJAY BIOTECH SOLUTIONS P. LTD. — Deducted Salary.

Dear Sir,

Here i would like to bring your notice that without any proper information and valid reason, the above mentioned my last comapny has deducted an amount of Rs.12500/- from my salary. And as of now i had resigned from this company, they are least bothered about returning my salary. I tried contacting the acting director Mr. Parag.Kothi. of last company, but he is not responding.

Now am very much worried about my PF and gratuity. Will they can hold this too? Pls. guide and help me out to get my dues.
