[Resolved]  EPF BANDRA — No proper response on PF settlement

I completely tired of writing mails, reminders and clarifications, I have never been able to reach the concerned people on phone, as the numbers provided on the system never work. It as been 8 months now, Even now I do not get proper and complete response from them.
My PF account number is MH/35415/7556
Find enclosed my first grievance registration number and the response, I have got. The said grievance registration was closed immediately from your end after reminders without complete information.

Details of Final Reply : EPF & EPS claim is approved of amount Rs 169383/- vide cheque no 932251 and 25935/- vide cheque no 965837.

The said grievance registration was closed immediately from your end after reminders without complete information & I had to register to another grievance giving you the clarification I had very clearly mentioned in my clarification mail that, I have received the credit of Rs.25935 vide chq no: 965837, Where as the the amount of Rs.169383 is not been credited to my account and explaining the same

And now this grievance is also closed asking me update the pass book.

This resolution is heights of stupidity. I am registering the grievance for not getting the credits, Here they are asking me to update the passbook. Am I, a fool to register the grievance without even checking the bank statement.

If they are so confident that the same is been processed

Request clarification on the following details

1) When was the amount of Rs.169383/- credited?

2) If credited, to which account was it done? Has the same is not reflected in my account.

3) And also through which bank and branch was the transfer initiated?

An answer to these would enable me to at least trace the funds.

When i check online I just get the status as still under process, how long will this process take and when can I expect this settlement. I am attaching the details as to the reply online.
