[Resolved]  EPFO, Bandra, Mumbai — EPF withdrawal amount not yet received

Sir,

I had submitted the P.F. Withdrawal form through my preivous employer Shreya Lifesciences (p) ltd. Bandra Mumbai in first week of april 2011, but today after four month, I have not received the P.F. Amount .
My P.F. Account No is MH/BAN/45627/4014 .
Kindly take action.

I have submitted the PF withdrawal form through my former company M/S ARISTO PHARMACEUTICALS PVT LTD.Attaching PHOTO COPY OF PF LAST YEAR RICEIPT and BLANK CROSSED BANK CHEUQ (S.B.I.) along with the P.F. FORM.They have submitted the complete filled PF form to your office on 29/04/2011.But still I have not received any amount from your side.
Kindly take the matter seriously and do the needful.

After the elapse of 2 years still the withdral amount has not been credited. I was informed by my employer that PF organization had wrngly credited my hard earned money into another account.
. Your website on claim status informs balk in my account balnce s. Now as of today, two years passed without any response.

On enquiry bu my employer It was conveyed that my pf withdrawal amount has been wrongly credited to some other bank account

On enquiry by my employer it was told that my settlement amount has been wrngly credited to some other bank account number.

Now as of today,almost two tears passed by and residing at Kerala so that frequent follow up is not practical due to my age and health problems.
Therefore I have no other alternative left than to request yoyr goodself to pass approiate order or steps to save me from this situation.

Dear Sir,

I have submitted my PF withdrawal forms to my previous company Dr.Amin Controllers Pvt Ltd and they have sent it to the EPF, Bandra office.

They have made two cheque of my PF and I have also received one cheque ( Cheque No.934305 amount: 26809 DTD: 06.05.2011) in My account(A/C No.[protected] in Axis Bank, Mundra) and 2nd cheque No. 967706 Amount Rs.13323/- still pending which detail provided by PF office.

I have already more communication with PF office official(Bandra), But they are not answering about my pending amount.

It is almost four months over, but still the amount is not deposited into my account.

Please process my pending amount as soon as possible.
