I want to know my PF A/c No. I have received a letter from EPFO office Wazirpur, delhi -52 stating A/c no. PY/KRP/13595/X/407 . When i approached the office, the official said that this is not the PF A/c no. When I asked whom to approach, no satisfactory answer was given.

Dear Sir,

I have done the online transfer of my PF from account no (DLCPM[protected] to (DLCPM[protected] which was my previous company's PF account numbers I.e both PF numbers belong to the same company (one is the parent company and the other one is its subsidiary) and I have done the online transfer of PF from old to new PF account and the acknowledgement of the same I have sent to my previous employer and they are also done the e-signature from the concerned dept. and submitted the same. Request you to kindly confirm the same and if in case something is missing/pending than kindly let me know and if in case everything is correct than I want to withdraw my PF amount, Request you to kindly provide further steps/procedure to withdraw the amount.

I have tried to call customer care almost 1000 times but its always coming engage, i think you guys are not doing your duties properly, if in case i will not get any reply than i will escalate this issue in the consumer court.
