Sir,
There are many telephone no of EPFO office Plot No-43 sector-44 available in the website. For example 2578631 to 278636
But phone ringing and nobody response.
How can I communicate?

hi, I too have been victom of this. it has been more than 3 months since I have posted my PF forms to the their office. Moreover The IBM HR ives the Phone no. 0124-2578635 & 38 but why don't they try these no's themselves. these no's are rather out of order and we are left with no option to enquire as I am from Punjab.Why they deduct the PF if they are not willing to pay us back. Worthless service.

hi, me too... a victim of this. Its been aimost a year since i posted my form to the office but stiil i dnt gt any reply from them. I called almost every day to their given no i.e. 01242578635 but it has been constantly engaged. Dnt know how to get back my hard earn money. & i agree with Manya " worthless service"

i, too have submitted my forms on 9.1.09.but have not got any reply from the p.f. people. i have sent two letters by speed post but still no reply. their tel. nos. are always busy and if i get through it only rings on and on.pl. how can i contact the p.f. people?

Hi,
My name is sameer sharma and 4 months back i had submitted all my documents for withdraw my PF amount...after that i got letter at my home stating that signature of my office admin. is not availble in PF office...and that is it..there is nothing mentioned that what all i need to do to resolve this issue and they never pick up the phone.

Dear, sir i am ajay dubey. i purchage videocon television in four months ago. before 20 days my television is damaged. i called videocone service centre. my television is ok in before 2 days. but, again my television is damaged. i called many times in service centre.my complained no. is GUR- 1801100459 . I have had the worst response from Gurgaon pf office one can imagine. I was told " apka kam abhi nahi ho sakta 2-3 mahine or lagenge" when asked her about a number where in i can complain i was told "hume or bhi kam hote hai. Apko mene bta diya ke isme 2-3 mahine or lagenge. Hamare pas april may ke forms pade huye hai.. apko jo karna hai kar lo"
I was wondering if that is my money i have requested a claim for. I would also like to question the importance and effectiveness of this forum. Are they complaints really being heard or channelized to the appropriate departments?
I called on 0124-2578635 and reached a lady who refused to tell me her name when I told her I would like to complain.. Is there really anything that can be done or do I just for their mercy. Please suggest.

Hi,
I am Anannya Bhattacharya. I have submitted my pf withdrawl form in the month of Nov 2010. (The EPF website was updated on 25th Nov-2010, but it showed my claim status not received.)
My PF account No.is HR/28885/69 and i have submitted withdrawl form through my previous Employer Consus Technologies Pvt ltd.(Gurgaon)

Hi My Name is Harinath K from Bangalore My PF A/C Number is HR/GGN/25204/44269. My PF claim is submitted on time in oct 2010 and I have received message in my mobile number on 4/2/11 that my pf claim id GNGGN110100076061 approved with vide cheque number and amount details sent to my ac in syndicate bank, where as 2 weeks passed no amount is debited to my a/c. please look into the issue and help me in getting my claim settled.

On 22nd January 2011 I, Hemant Kumar Upadhyay had deposited Form 10C and Form No.19 for withdrawal of EPF amount against account no. HR/GGN/27852/409 and the wibsite of the EPFO Gurgaon also acknowledge receipt of the same but it always reflect that claim is under process. Since then neither I received the EPF amount nor any communication to this effect. The inordinate delay in remittance of my legitimate dues have caused lot of inconvenience to me. I therefore request the officer incharge of Grievance Cell of EPFO (Gurgaon) to accord your attention to this complaint and avoid further delay in release of money on account of EPF.
The favour of an early action in the matter shall be greatly appreciated.
