[Resolved]  EPFO India, Bandra, Maharashtra — PF CLAIMS PENDING FOR 60 DAYS

I took VRS in 2007 Janaury, from VSNL Delhi. MY EPS 95 case was submitted by /VSNL/HQ/Mumbai. on 22-06-07 and resubmitted on 22nd may'2008 .My EPS pension account number is MH/39799/563. But till date My pension is not started.I hvae sent several Emails to the concerned persons/department but of no avail.Can my case for starting of pension be heard and a resolve can be given.

Dear sir, i have send my form no.10/c and form no10 D dated23rd june 2008 to my co. and zerrox copy to epfo thane.till date my pension claim was panding pl.update the status and oblidge.. [1] my pf a/c.no is mh /2520/ 13663, my co, m/s.vidyut metallics pvt ltd.send my pension form 10 D to epfo office on 2nd sept.2008.as per my visit to pf office on dt. 20/02/2009.person who handle my a/c.says that he was not recd.form no.10 D.i have recived letter dt.31/07/2008 no.MH/2520/PF/ACCTS/08/33 mention that i have submmitt my origional form to my co.and i have send zerrox copy to pf office. [2] my earlier transfer in MH/16397/268 a/c.added in MH/15961/A/232
not confirmed by thane a/c. office. [3] my scheme certificate dated 25/11/2008 no.13906 not recd.till date.

i would like to draw your kind attn to the fact that regarding my provident fund amount claim i have submitted my PF form to my previous company Penanshin Shipping India Pvt Ltd. Chennai. Plz suggest there is any way to withdrawl PF without employer signature, because my previous employer to ready to provide sign & stamp on PF withdrawl form. I have also submitted him my resignation letter.

I have not received my PF amount even after 3 months of submission of the Application Form for the withdrawal my PF amount. My PF Account number : MH/44546/10536. Regularly request to Zonal Office HR and also Corporate Office but no one gets reply me. So, I am really frustrated about this.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have received PF withdrawal amount from EPF office, Mumbai, Kadivali directly to my account in ICICI, noida, but due error in name on cheque, this is rejected,

The same rejected cheque and application form send to my previous company HR, Wockhardt, Aurangabad on month feb, 2009.

But yet i havenot received any amount and also HR person is not entaining me.

my previous company sent me a mail that they have alresdy submitted the clain to you office on 1st of April my PF number is MH/46430/27678. I realy need money because my mother is in coma for last 1 month please let me know that when will I get my money.
