Dear sir, My mother, smt VASMATI DEVI, W/O Late devendra prasad has submitted the pensioner certificate to your office(Regional office, EPFO, Patna) on 29.11.2016.My father had been received pension vide pension payment order no.BR/PAT/33101 and after his demise my alive mother is right claimant as pensioner.
But even After 2.5 months, My mother's pension has not yet been started.This is the matter of regret.
Hope you will do it fast by your end.

Sir, first of all, i would like to say thnx to start pension on behalf of my mother VASMATI Devi, W/o Late Devendra Prasad, vide pension payment order no-BR/PAT/33101.
But Pension has not been yet paid for the past 4 months I.e from July 2016 to Oct 2016 only you have paid the pension from 2016 to uptil now.
So, i would like to draw your kind notice about the serious fact
And therefore requested you again to kindly look into the matter and get arrange to pay the Arrear of Pension for above due period.

I wish to inform you that my previous company paradeep phosphates ltd orissa(govt now private) has
submitted all paper to RPFC bhubaneswar & from this office to RPFC Patna.I went two times to RPFC
patna office they are telling your paper in process.
It is more than a year now & till date i have not received my pension money in my account.
May i request the concern person to kindly look into the matter & arrange to transfer my pension at
earliest.
