I TOOK MY PURIFIER TO A AUTHORISED DIVISIONAL SALES OFFICE S- 20/56 D KENNEDY RD THE MALL VARANASI FROM WHERE I PURCHASED WITH BAR CODE RECEIPT NO.[protected].I FEEL SO SORRY TO INFORM YOU THAT I AM IN TROUBLE WITH PURIFIER .THE COMPLAIN LODGED IN VARANASI CENTRE(NO.534 DATED 28.06.10)WAS TRANSFERED TO GOAKHPUR SERVICE CENTRE (COMP.NO.-08).THE SERVICE ER.MR.ANIL MISHRA TOOK ONE DAY(01.07.10)TO FOUND THE PROBLEM AND HE SAID HE WILL CALL ME NEXT DAY BUT HE DID NOT CALLED ME.I HAD CALLED HIM AGAIN AND AGAIN THEN HE SAID THAT IT TAKE MORE TIME AND IN THIS REGARDE YOU CAN TALK WITH MR.DHARMENDRA SINGH HEAD SR. ER. I CONTACT WITH MR.ASHUTOSH MISHRA BR.MANAGER,MR.VIJAY SHARMA,GROUP LEADER,MR.Y.R.PANDEY HD.CRS AND MR.ROHIT JAISWAL SR.S.EXEC.IT IS VERY BAD TO SAY THAT A COMPANY LIKE EUREKA FORBS CANT FIX A SMALL TROUBLE IN SHORT TIME.
