[Resolved]  EzRecharge — Prepaid Recharge Scam

I was searching for Online top-up facilities provided by various service providers when i came across this website http://www.ezrecharge.in/ezrecharge/index.php Since they had tie-up with State Bank of Travancore, i decided to make good use of it by recharging my prepaid mobile phone account ([protected]) with 50/-.

My intention was to test the services of the above-mentioned company http://www.ezrecharge.in/ezrecharge/index.php. I was told that an additional 4/- will be charged as "internet transaction fees". Well, if they are allowing me to recharge my account, then why not - this was the thought in my mind. The transaction was successful and the 54/- was deducted from my bank account this morning (Sunday, Nov 29 2009).

I am yet to see the amount added to my prepaid account. I have e-mailed them and am waiting for a response from the company. I am wondering, if they cannot fulfill their promises, why are such companies in business?

Idea — I paid Rs.555/- through ICICI Gateway, but can't get top-up

On 01/03/08 I top-up my handphone through ICICI GATEWAY for Rs.555/-.
But till today i can't get my top-up in my phone.

FYI, we dont process any payment incase o[censored]nsuccessful transaction.
In anycase, your money would not be lost.

I had recharged a tata docomo number ([protected]) on 20/12/09 at around 7 pm for Rs 300. Tracking number is 49373456. This ezrecharge portal looked like a good option and so i went ahead considering all the fake promises that they had made online. My mode of payment was net banking through axis bank.

My account has not been recharged even now. Not only that, they have very conveniently not given any contact number on which we can complaint about the same. I complained on the one email address that they have posted as contact, and not one of my emails has been replied to

I think its a scam. The CCAvenue payment gateway is also a scam. I need my money back immediately.

Please do the needful urgently.
BEWARE of EZRECAHRGE online recharge scam

nice to talk with you. I here by inform u regarding my recharge transaction failures for my TATA DOCOMO mobile bearing NO - [protected]. Andhra pradesh region.

It is on[protected], but i didn't get recharged to my mobile. You have sent me failure notices via mail for only 4 Orders, here are the details attached below along with this mail regarding the transaction failure notices sent by u .

But i didn't get remaining failure notices upto now even my mobile was not got recharged any of one.

Also my main query is at first when i tried to recharge for amount of Rs. 150/- it's taken 158/- along with net charges. It's fine & i got trans Failure. i tried the same again, & get failured for the same. But when i tried for third time for same about Rs. 150/- it's actually should charge 158/- as previous one, but it shown 173/- along with net charges, anyway i tried for that also, but got failure trans again.

Again i tried for Rs. 50/- voucher it's charged 68/-, where it has to charge only 54/- right. this also i got failure trans for two transactions.

Next day i.e yest when i had taken mini statement of my bank SBI, it shown that my balance was deducted for those trans i made for recharge through ur site. The deductions are like this in mini statement:

I recharged my mobile with a top-up of Rs200.The transaction was successful and the 208/- was deducted from my bank account this evening (Monday Jan4, 2010). My account has not been recharged even now. Not only that, they have very conveniently not given any contact number on which we can complaint about the same.

Surprised to see your complaint here even without contacting us once.
We checked your mobile number with our records and we found that you
visited our website on 04/01/2010 17:29:31. You have entered mobile number
[protected] for Rs.200 and selected AIRTEL as your service provider.

Note that, this number belongs to Reliance, not airtel. After that, you cancelled
your payment process.

Since you have not paid, payment gateway didnot notify us anything about your
order.

Furthermore, please share your payment information (both your bank reference number and payment gateway email) or forward it to [protected]@ezrecharge.in to resolve this issue.

We would happy to serve the genuine and honest customers.
I had a technical issue after submitting by bank details so it didnt complete.. then i mailed ezrecharge about it. after that i read this thread and thought that my money gone... but after few minutes the amount credited to my tata docomo number...

I am using www.ezrecharge.in for over two months. It is working perfectly.
I[censored] give correct information including ur proper name and number, u will be recharged immediately.
It is the perfect site for online recharge.
You would have gave your fake name... In ezrecharge.in they r giving some easy interface like, without signing up we can do quick recharge. In all other sites, we have to sign up first. So we have to use those things in a right way.
Avoid fake names and fake details, surely u will be recharged quickly.
It is faster and reliable when compared to all other sites.
Hi, I strongly recommend you all to be careful.

My experience in recharging was bad, as it did not serve the purpose and after raising a lot of hue and cry, I got my money returned to my account. Please be careful in using this service, Credibility needs to be improved, Firstly, I was surprised not to see even proper telephone and addresses on their site. I had to check out thru the who is look up.

I totally agree that there is aproblem while recharge being doen thru ezrecharge.in...For the first time today i tried to recharge my Tata Docomo (TN Circle) thru thus site and i got nothing but debit in my a/c and not the recharge...I have sent a mail to them regarding this (with full details as they required) but reading all these complaints i worry i would get my recharge amount or my refund to my bank a/c...
I have recharge online using net banking Rs.100/- today but no message no recharge
I totally disagree.. I feel EZRECHARGE.IN is excellent. I made 100 topup for docomo, where there is no online recharge in docomo site. Account updated within 3 mins from the time i paid. For all those who lost money, Please change your internet connection. Because, HTTPS connection will break even if there is 1millisecond disconnect on internet. Do not use wireless, use LAN and check, It ll work out. IF they do fraud, then they can be put in court.
Keep these in mind before complaining.

refund on his account and duly acknowledged by the customer(Mr.Balakrishnan)
himself.
