Hi,

I have taken two wheeler load from Family Credit in October 2013. As per the agreement, my last EMI is supposed to be deducted in July 2015. However they are still deducting EMI and this is the second month where they have deducted extra two EMI's.

I have been trying to reach them on all the numbers they have provided but no one answers the phone and till now there is no response from them.

I guess this is not the way a company should work and cheat their customers. Can someone please help me. Below are my details:
