I want to know if this company disappered from market then what is the duty of that investor who is investing in this company.

any body which is giving more than RBI guideline means its illegal nobody give more than prescribed parameter. you may get more return in equity, mutual fund or insurance but they are all involve risk, which the company has to disclose otherwise the market regulator restrict their business. but in case i don't find anything legible, who is the regulator, under whom they are collecting money they don't have RBI liance.
