[Resolved]  First Flight Couriers Pvt. Ltd — non receipt of PAN card

flight despatch couriers pvt.ltd. — Lost valuable document

I couriered my two document from this courier on 3rd august, after 10 days when my document didnt reach at their destination, i ask reason they said that they deliver my courier on wrong address. I want my document back else i will get a huge lose.

I have been informed by the NSDL that my pan card has been dispatched through your courier vide airway bill no.ZB6156119 dt. 14/09/11. But till date the letter has not been received by me. On query to the NSDL, they said it has not been returned to them also. So I request you to look into the matter and make necessary arrangement for early settlement of the issue.

Ltd. courier vide airway bill no Z2656620 at the address for communication indicated in the application but I have not received yet the PAN Card. My pan card no is CLPPK3077D.
