I had a deal with Freecharge for which they have send me a mail mentioning the Order number 252308 and Consignment number B31752548.
After waiting for a week I checked the consignment details on FirstFlight's Online tracking system.
I was shocked to know that in their system the said consignment is marked as already delivered to some XYZ person, there is no contact number of the receiver.

Consignment not delivered and returned back on false reasons

FirstFlight is doing a scam as I understand. They are returning consignments to the origin after a month on the basis of false reason causing a lot of grief and pain, waste of money. This has happened in 2 of the cases for me where the consignment was booked at Mumbai and destination as Agartala. Delay Delivery of Consignment

Address:Howrah, West Bengal

My Client M/s Supertech Limited has booked a consignment on 17.12.2010 (consignement No W[protected] to my office address. The consignment was delivered to me on 4th day i.e on 20.12.2010 at 17:30 Hrs by M/s DIXIT ENTERPRISES.

On wed tracking it was found that the consignment was reached in kolkata on 17.12.2010 itself.

I have send an email to firstflight authority 21.12.2010 at 14:41 hrs for the justification...

I had sent a parcel from pune to the UK (in manchester) through the pune first flight office. the person there ASSURED me that it will be a door step delivery. even the receipt given to me has the receivers address of Manchester. Now, the parcel reaches UK and the receiver is asked to transfer 21 pounds in some account. why would they pay 21 pounds for shipments when i have paid 1500 RS here...
