In this matter we would like to impress upon you that we are in great financial hardship for non-payment of the above FD till date. As informed earlier for meeting necessary medical expenses, Anindita’s marriage (a copy of the marriage invitation letter is enclosed herewith) we had to arrange money from my friends and relatives in hope we would repay them the amount from the aforesaid FDs but in spite of our best efforts we could not arrange for the amount and we had no option than to sell off our ancestral house at Patna and shifted to Kolkata at the address mentioned below to repay the debts. In view of the gravity of the situation mentioned above we request you to release the payment of our FDs at the earliest and mail the same at our Kolkata address only, since from now our address of communication will be the above mentioned address in Kolkata and not Patna. we had complaint regarding ESCORT FINANCE LIMITED. As we had an FD with FDR B43272 by renewal of FDR B29905. SINCE THE MATURITY PERIOD WAS DUE ON 15/08/05. WE DIDNT RECIEVED ANY PAYMENT. PLEASE HELP IN THIS CASE
