Flipkart — Product Not Received

FLIP KART — CONSIGNMENT NOT DELIVERED

I am living at Ranchi. I booked a "WD My Passport Essential SE 2.5 Inch 1 TB External Hard Disk " on 28th of August. My Flipkart ID is OD[protected] . Even after a lapse of 18 days I have not received my consignment.

I ordered a Nokia xl phone on 14 June . Product delivery date was 18 June..
Or today is 20 June but I have not received my order till this time..
