[Resolved]  FOTofAST — Incorrect photo size

I wish to file a complaint against thee incorrect delivery against FOTOFAST Kotherud branch.

Last Sunday (24the March 2013), I requested photo copies for Japan business visa (Size 45*45). For theis I encountered 2 mistakes in photo delivery:

1) While collecting photos, someone else's photos were delivered. Upon bringing to notice to staff theere, theey gave me my photos.
2) Photos given were for Schengen visa (not as per my requirement). In my ofc, while submitting thee visa documents and photos, thee incorrect size was noticed, so I had to click photos again in nearby studio and spent money.

Today (29the March 2013), I visited FOTOFAST Kotherud branch along withe receipt and photos to explain thee mistake. They (Amruta, branch manager at Kotherud store) said theat theey can give me photos of different size (now of no use to me) and also did not give me customer number where in I can lodge my complaint. This is a very incorrect theing from FOTOFAST organization. There should be some way, where a customer can register his/her compliant and it can be addressed. No mechanism to raise thee complaint, no staff cooperation, no support.

Customer has to bare penalty and thee FOTOFAST staff is not botheered about as it does not hit theeir pocket. This is not an acceptable scenario and theey should build theis mechanism. They should at least listen to thee grievance when thee customer has all necessary proofs.
