I have similar experience at FOTOFAST Aundh ! they treat customers as beggers ! SO arrogant AND tghe fun is that the superiors or management doont bother aboaut customer complaints! there is NO such procedure at the shop! customer cannot write any complaint there and then! NO supervision on the Staff !

Service at FotoFast Aundh is absolutely pathetic. They don't know how to talk with customer. They don't know what a pathetic service they provide.
I wish to file a complaint against the incorrect delivery against FOTOFAST Kothrud branch.
Last Sunday (24th March 2013), I requested photo copies for Japan business visa (Size 45*45).
For this I encountered 2 mistakes in photo delivery:
1) While collecting photo, someone else's photos were delivered. Upon bringing to notice for the staff there, they gave me my photo
2) Photos given were for Shengen visa (not as per my requirement). In my ofc, while submitting the visa documents and photos, the incorrect size was noticed, so I had to click photos again in nearby studio and spent money again.
Today (29th March 2013), I visited your Kothrud branch along with receipt and photos to explain the mistake. They said that they can give me photos of different size (now of no use to me) and also did not give me customer number where in I can lodge my complaint.
This is a very incorrect thing from FOTOFAST orgnization. There should be some way, where a customer can register his/her compliant and it can be addressed. No mechanism to raise the complaint, no staff cooperation, no support. Customer has to bare penatlity and the FOTOFAST staff is not bothered about it as it does not hit their pocket. This is not an acceptable scenario and there should some mechanism in place. They should atleast listen to the grievance when the customer has all necessary proofs.

I had similar experience with fotofast NIBM kondhwa, They have worst staff. Their photographer SACHIN, even don't know how to take a passport size photo. My 5 years old nephew can take better photos than him. Shame and pity on you... Sachin.
They simply taken my photos which are of worst photo quality and kept me waiting for 10 mins, and returned the same photos, saying that they had done some modifications.. I suggest every one don't go for FOTOFAST thinking of quality, we just have to pay for their show business, (staff wearing red T-shirts.. and build up)

I would like to register a complaint against the foto fast nibm, kondhwa branch...its a bull centre...with [censored]ing staff n sucking service...delayed service or else u can say no service is the only moto they serve i guess...its useless having such a franchise around...they are least bothered about customers time n urgency...strict action should be taken against this...or else i will see to it that the foto fast centre no more exists...
