FOTofAST — Non transparent service provider

The charges with fotofast are Rs. 200/- for passport size 35 x 45 mm with 16 quantity. As a professional photographer, it is expected a good quality prints. But they provided bad quality photographs. And when complained, they informed they do no do any editing formatting for passport photos. In that case, they should mention before charging customers, so that customer should know what are they paying for. At least customer will know that he/she is paying only a click and print, and not any profession service. I have received good quality prints from other photographers/shops.
