fujezone-duel sim phone/touch screen — not working-

whom so ever concerned.

i have ordered for fujezone touch screen phone and got deliverd on monday(24/08/09). i called up service center informing the cell not working. they gave a number which is not reachable. pls have the set replaced or return back the money.

Please don't buy "Fujezone Dual SIM Touch Screen E-phone Headset with Bluetooth"......I m very upset of this unknown product.....and we rating of this of in minus (-) ......Duniya ka sabse bakwas phone hai ye..... iska touch screen to aur bhi barkwas hai...... click karo setting pe to khulta kuch aur hai.... jahan pe click karo wo to khulta nahin kuch aur khul jata hai.... jiski wajah se koi aur number dial ho jata hai aur phone lag jata hai..... isma bahut sara features hai hi nahin.... jab hum isse phone karte hain to hum issme main menu main ja bhi nahin sakte.....kuch aur kholna ho to wo bhi nahin khol sakte...seway contact search ke.... aur kya bolu yaar...net net sabse ghatiya aur bakwas phone hai.....jo naam mention kiya hai phone ka.....baki ka to pata nahin....aur model kaisa hai... ye sirf ek bacchon ka khilona se jyada kuch nahin.... bagair sim ke de do use gana sunne ke kaam aayega....aur kuch nahin.... it is not user friendly dear..... agar liya to paisa fully barbad hai......

these shoppin websites n homeshop18..making people fools...i totally agree vit u...they r showing sumthng n sendin sumthng else..., dont but ny product through internet unless money back garenteee

I have purchased Fujezone Touch Screen Dual sim Mobile Phone my order no. is[protected] dt.30.11.09 I received the phone on 06.12.09, But it is not working and the complaint no. which has given in manual are not responding and I haven't recived the pen which comes along with this mobile. with reference to the above I want to inform you that I have purchased a "FUJEZONE dual sim Touch Screen Mobile " I have not been provided with the user manual as mentioned in the Homeshop 18 site, my cellphone has stoped working since 1st December 2009. It is not getting signals from the operator and showing Invalid sim. I have learnt from my service provider on inquiry that this is because of the unauthorised EMEI number my cellphone is having and as such this phone is barred from receiving signals and will not work any more. In view of this I would like to return the said phone to you and request you to reimburse my payment to me. please guide me on the issue.

I have also ordered fujezone dual sim mobile. I have many problem with mobile as follow:
1. Its showing me same error invalid SIM. but contact no. is showing on phone book.
2. The video player is too much slow. It is showing movie as a GIF files (frame by frame or still images moving)
3. Camera setup functionality is not available but it is mentioned in manual. The camera is default set as 200 (zoom) mode. I cant enjoy the picture.
4. GPRS setup is not available but it is mentioned in manual
5. The touch screen response is really poor.
6. The earphone is not working. When i try to on FM, its giving me a message 'Please plug in Earphone'. But i connected the earphone.

I tried to replace the product but the way they(homeshop) described to replace, is not convenient. Is there any way to replace easily or refund the money.

I agree with your statement that homeshop18 it's a fraud company i bought digital camera from them but when i recieved it it didn't work after two days of delievery when i told them to give my money back they refused to give back money to me and also don't buy wespro products.

i agree with u i have purchesed the fuzezone mobil frm homeshop but the product is very pathetic there are no of problems in it por touchsreen no battery backup, bluetoot not working, charger not working the list goes on they are fraud shame on them. Please put ur complain in consumer forum. Airtel is a big company, still they r engaging themselves in such fraudulent activities. Thanx 4 raising ur voice.

maina home shop 18 sa ek fujezone ka touch screen handset liya tha uska saath mujhe ka blutooth handset mila tha lakin woh blutooth chaalu he nahi tha home shop 18 ek frod service hai aur woh mobile mp 3 song sunta waqt swich of hota hai. mainai custember ko phon kiya toh woh bolta hai ke hum mobile vaaps nahi la sakte. contact no.[protected] navi mumbai.
