I have a godrej refrigerator for the past 10 years and i face constant problems with this product. The
latest is that the refrigerator is just running at nil cooling and that too after it was serviced by two engineers 15 days ago. I logged a complaint on 27.06.09 at 11.00 a.m. in the morning and till the time i am writing this mail at 9.00 p.m. in the evening the company has neither sent any engineer nor any holding reply to service my complaint. The no on which i logged the complaint was[protected]. The complaint no given by the service centre is 183447. When i enquired the reason for not resloving the complaint, the executive on the other side replied that it is still not 24 HRS !!! and they will only look at this on Monday since Sunday is a holiday in the company. I spoke to one Mr Amrendra Kumar and on much persuasion he gave me the name of the floor manager Mr Robin which was no body but he himself since i recognised his voice and he was trying to fool me. On much persuasion with him he gave me the mail id of the company as [protected]@eureka051.com which i have not tried so far... seems this is also a fraud. I am absolutely cheesed off and bugged the way a private company is operating and paying no attn to the grievance of the customer. The executive is no less than a goon and an uneducated who does not know how to behave. I request the consumer forum to provide me the mail id of Mr Adi Godrej since he should know the ground reality and people spoiling his name. I want a stirct action against the servicing agency and a reply from the Godrej company on appointing such sub standard dealers and service providers. Its a BLATANT SHAME AND SHAM ON GODREJ...Ratan Tata could provide a car for Indians which is a dream and will run this show successfully with the new invention but Mr Godrej is still struggling to provide a WORKING REFRIGERATOR...
I would want an early reply and resolution to this issue.
