I Kamal Agarwal residing at Burdwan, West Bengal. I am purchased a Godrej Micro woven from e-mart Burdwan in February' 2009. But after few months my micro woven not working properly. Everytime i book a complain (most probable 6 to 8 times) in Customer Care, there service engineer comes and replace fuse. They do not solve the actual problem. Hence i am unable to use my micro woven for last 3 months. Everytime my micro woven breakdown as soon as there service engineer goes. Even today my micro woven is in Service Centre. I want free replacement of micro woven because there must be some manufacturing defect which they ignore in warranty period.
Please also tell me what to do.
