Around two months back, our washing machine got stuck (it's under warranty). We rised a complaint for the same on the same day. One guy came on the next day and told that "Gear Assembly" has problem and needs to be replaced by the new one. He also mentioned that "As the product is under warranty, the gear assembly can be replaced with free of cost." Till now, we made a lot of calls and booked many complaints but we are getting the only response that "Gear Assembly is not available with us and we will get back to you".
Note: Warranty is going to expire in the second week of March.
