I bought godrej interio florid bed 8 months back and the head rest section had broken twice during this period.
The quality of the product is very low and hence the head rest is breaking repeatedly
I had mailed multiple times to the following customer service Id but didn't get any response or at-least a acknowledgement from them

It has been around 3 months and my problem has still not been resolved.
Today another part broke down :)
I am really shocked for getting such a low quality product from Godrej.
The after sale service is just horrible.
I will definitively not buy and recommend and Godrej product to my family members and friends.
