[Resolved]  Godrej Mattress — Defective and compressed

Sir/Madam,
I purchased 2 Nos. Godrej Matress from M/S Giriraj Furnitures, Krishnanagar, Agartal, West Tripura in March, 2012. But one of them found defective. By this short span of time, one Double Bed Godrej Matree has become compressed at one side. I informed the Matter of my concern to the Dealer. The Dealer assured me that the matter would be taken up with the Company. But no response. I entered a Complaint with the Dealer again. They asked me to give the Mobile No. But till this day nothing fruitful could be achieved. I want to get my Matress duly replaced from Godrej.
