godrej mattress — lousy, pressed , manufacturing defect

Dear Sir/Mada,
This is in continuation to my earlier e-mail sent in the last week but I have not
received any reply of any one. Now the copy of bill as jpg is also sent herewith.
I had purchased a from Godrej dealer of Shimla i.e. Wardhan Corporation on 31/07/2009 @ for Rs. 10,000- ( hard mattress for spining purpose) in the name of my son Mr. Amit thakur vide bill No. 4584 dated 31.7.2009 but the dealter Mr. Sanjay Lal while deliverying the matterss in home delivered soft matterss which I even accepted keeping in view the best Manufacturer GODEJ in India.WITH THREE YEARS WARRENTY (product code STMAT 723505 DRE2Q SL. NO. GF/013/018). Howver within two or three months time Mattress showed its true colour. Mattress got out of shape causing me back pain. I immediately informed dealer and requested him in the month of December 2009 and Jan 2010 to replace the same. Mr. Sanjay Lal dealer informed me that some official from the Godrej Co. will come to your house and see the mettress for replacement. In the Month of Feb. 2010 Mr. Avinder from Godrej Co. visited the same on 18.2.2010 and assured me to replace the matterss with hardone within 7-10 days keeping in view my old age and proble in backbone of my wife. On 20th Feb. I received a call from Chandigarh No.[protected] that I calling from Godrej Chandigarh and your mattress shall be replaced within a day or two with a new hardone mettress.

On 19th March 2010 I went to Sanjay Lal ,Wardhan Corp. Shimla and requested him to kindly replace my mattress as the same were purchased from you but he has even not listened to me and asked me that I have not received any mettress to replace.

Now please guide me the procedure to replce my mattress or take action against the dealer in the Consumer court

Godrej Mattress — shape id distorted

i had bought a godrej spring matress from lifestyle in feb 2010 by paying Rs.25000/- it has a 5 years warranty but now the mattress has changed its shape and is also causing a lot of pain for my husband's back. i have complained to them a number of times but every time a new person is there and they only promise to visit to inspect.

I purchased 2 Godrej Matress from M/S Giriraj Furnitures, Krishnanagar, Agartal, West Tripura in March, 2012. But one of them found defective. By this short span of time, one Double Bed Godrej Matree has become compressed at one side. I informed the Matter of my concern to the Dealer. The Dealer assured me that the matter would be taken up with the Company. But no response. I entered a Complaint with the Dealer again. They asked me to give the Mobile No. But till this day nothing fruitful could be achieved.
