Found the refriegerator is not working. the food items preserved are gone stale and fungus developed. attend immediately

Our Godrej refrigerator's compreser damaged for half a month. It is now in warrenty period. We complained to the company. They said they will come in 13th april, but today is 16th and the company has no response.

I am a resident of 007, Chandragiri, Ashiana Enclave, Dimna, Mango, Jamshedpur. Since last one month my godrej refrigerator of 200 litre is not working. Complain to the concerned agency has not materilised as the service personnel visited my residence once and after seeing the refrigerator had promised to come later. Till date we are yet to recieve any response or feed back.
