I HAVE BOOK AC WET SERVICE & GAS CHARGING FOR GODREJ 0.75 TON AIRCONDITIONER. UPON CALL TO CALL CENTER THE SERVICE CALL WAS BOOKED AND THEIR SERVICE ENGINEER ARRIVED AND THEY HAVE DONE THE JOB AS SAID. I HAVE BEEN CHARGES RS. 2030/- TOWARDS SERVICE WHICH WAS PAID TO THEIR ENGINEER. BUT AT THE TIME OF PAYMENT THE ENGINNER HAS GIVEN US THE COUNTER PART OF JOB TICKET WITH HIS REMARK THAT THE INSULATION PIPE HAS TO CHANGES. UPON ENQUIRY WHY THEY HAVE NOT TOLD ME FOR CHANGE OF INSULATION PIPE INSTEAD OF WRITING IT ON JOB TICKET, HE WAS MUM AND INFORM THAT THE WARRANTY OF SERVICE WILL VOID IF PIPE IS NOT CHANGED. SO UPON HIS VERSION I HAVE CALLED SERVICE CENTER & EVEN WRITTEN ON JOB TICKET THAT KINDLY REPLACE THE PIPE . BUT IT IS ALMOST 1 AND HALF MONTH WE ARE NOT GETTING ANY REPONSE FROM THEIR CALL CENTER & SERVICE CENTRE. KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND DO THE NEEDFUL Was this information helpful? |
