Hi Team, I booked the ticked with following details on your web portal Airline PNR Ticket Numbers DOKVNR 090-[protected] DOKVNR 090-[protected] The above reservations were made with the coupon code “dArhfmpKKD“ to enable Rs. 500/- off on Return Domestic Flights, however the booking was done without any deduction of the price in spite of payment being made by MasterCard Debit Card as required. Would therefore expect you to give reason for non-credit of the above discount on priority and subsequent deduction of the amount billed to the extent of Rs.500 as applicable for the voucher. This is clear case o[censored]nethical and fraud promotions to cheat customers.In a similar incident with cleartrip promocode,I did got the amount reversed immediately not like fraud goibibo.com I've decided never in future to use ibibo.com for any reservations &/or any other services provided by them and would also appeal everyone not to use the fraudulent travel agent. Sareeta here. Me and my husband had booked a bus to travel from Belgaum to Bangalore on 4th of January through goibibo. Travel operator was Bhavani Travels. As it was a last minute booking we paid 3200 for 2 tickets (which is 1600 per head, almost double the normal cost). Since we had urgent commitments on monday morning we did not think of the cost. Pick up time was 8.00 pm, but the bus arrived only at 8.20 at departed only at 8.40. Bus was in a very bad condition, as in no cleanliness, driver was not trained at all. Later the bus broke down somewhere near to chitradurga at 3.30 am. Driver did not inform the actual problem, later at 5.30 when all the passengers started shouting, only then he revealed that there is a breakdown and the bus cannot move further. Then he said the back bus will be there only by 9.30 (he wasn't even sure about that). We waited till 8 am and booked a cab from chitradurga paying him 3500 for 4 members and proceeded to bangalore and reached by 12.30pm. This was the horrifying experience. When i called the customer support at goibibo, they said they will call in 24 or 48 hours, its been more than 7 days now and nobody has called up. Above that they you can do whatever you wish to do. Hopeless...
Very unprofessional attitude. This is not expected from a world class booking system like goibibo. Please respond unless this issue will be escalated further as the co passengers from redbus have got 60% refunds and we also demand the same.
