I and my many friends had invested various sums during 1992 to 1996 in GFIL. In 2000 the company busted leading to a number of court cases in various High Courts of India leading to final hearing in the Supreme Court of India who appointed a Committee to settle the issue. It is since 10 years and we have not heard anything. SEBI keeps mum and directs all queries to the Committee whereas the Committee is in shadows not releasing any public information. The Courts of the country at least should look into the long pending issue of mismanagement of public money and incation of the judicial committee. Thousands of companies looted and vanished except GFIL was caught due to its sheer size and volume. But now we are sitting with our fingers crossed. Perhaps the Consumer Complaints Forum may do the needful in this regards.

Sir, I had invested Rs.1, 10, 500/- in golden forest india limited. But my hard earned money I am not getting back. Kindly tell me the way of getting my hard earned money.

Myself & our friends have invested more than lakhs of rupees in Golden forest (I) Ltd.Already 8 to 10 years passed but no settlement of refund amount. We have so many investors protection committees existing in our country like SEBI . I had invested an amount of Rs. 42 000/- with the fraud company golden forest india ltd. during June 1997 with the hope to get back the money with proper benefit as assured by the agent. But even after a lapse of more than 13 years either the govt. appointed judge or by the company doesn`t bothered to return the money with maximum interest. Who is going to take responsisbility to return the hard earned money of the poor. Kindly give a line of reply as I am anxiously waiting to hear a proper response ple.
