[Resolved]  GPRS — gprs not logging on laptop

i am using internet on my laptop since four months. but after 25th december,2009, i am facing
problem in logging on my laptop. i tried many time to customer care of bsnl, after many efforts and
about half an hour waste my compaint logged vide compalint no. LT9982844 dated 29/12/2009 and was
assured to shortout with in 24 or 48 hours but no vain and again i talk to customer care but neither
reply was given nor complaint was attended. i am facing very problem to logg in on internet.

hi i recharged my phone with 303 e-recharge today at 1220 hrs and i sms 'All" to 55100 twice but i receive sms that my handset is not having that facility but my handset is having that facility. i complained twice to customer care Bhubaneshwar, orissa but service yet not been activated and i am not the only one to suffer that there are few more pse do something

GPRS — CONECTIVITE PROBLEM

i can not use my net browsing through my PC.
please send me the my gprs setting. to my mobile
i am using reliance gsm sim for past 1 month .I ask the customer care gprs setting on 12.03.09.They replay that they will send the setting with in 48 hours but still i did not recive the setting.And the network for gsm mobile is very low in coimbatore TAMIL NADU many of my friends had changed the connection So please make the network availabilty as soon as posible.

i , the owner of landline no. 28654267 & [protected] has complained several times for the activation of GPRS on TRUMP (PREPAID) NO. [protected].

I BOUGHT SIM CARD ON:[protected] AT 1:30 PM....................................BAL:20 RS
RECHARGED RS10 (TALK TIME RS 8) ON[protected] AT 1:40 PM............BAL:28 RS
GPRS ACTIVATION MSG SENT ON[protected] AT 2:05 PM(-2RS).............BAL:26 RS

YOUR CONDITION OF MINIMUM 25 RS BAL IS SATISFIED , YET SERVICE IS NOT ACTIVATED AFTER 28 HRS ALSO,

RECHARGED RS10 (TALK TIME RS 8) ON[protected] AT 1:30 PM............BAL:34 RS
GPRS ACTIVATION MSG SENT ON[protected] AT 5:15 PM (-2RS)............BAL:32 RS

SEVERAL COMPLAINS MADE ON 1503 AS WELL AS ON[protected].

BUT TILL DATE GPRS IS NOT ACTIVATED.
I EVEN HAVE A 14RS VOUCHER (UNUSED AND A WASTE FOR ME...)

WHY AM I BEING NEGLECTED AND ACTIVATION IS BEING DELAYED?

PLEASE ACTIVATE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.......

GPRS — activated but plan not excepted

i am very sorry to inform that for the secound time i have felt that you are not caring for you coustomar,my name is kaushal mody my mail id is [protected]@hotmail.com
i had request to active gprs 2g service on 14.7.2011 of rs 99 for 2gb i got the sms on14.7.2011 at 02.24.20 pm that my recharge is done .but till my plan is not ativated and you are charging as regular charges it not my more then rs35 to 40 is deducted without my information.
i thing that you are not atall managing to take care of your very old customar.
today.i had the talk with your contomar service which is paid THE FREE SERVICE IS NEVER CONETTED> Please take a note..FROM YOUR SIDE FIRST I WAS TOLD THAT MY PLAN IS COMPLITED AND I HAVE USED THE SERVICE AND HANCE YOU ARE CHARGE> I TOLD HER THAT THE SERVICE IS PROVIED TO ME ON SUNDAY THAT IS ON 17.7.2011 in the evening and it is not possibal that 2 GB is used in spain of not more then 12 hours on 18th i was charged. PlEASE NOTE I HAD TOP UP ON 14th 7.2011 AND the service was ativated on 17.7.2011.and you had srated charging from 1you to8.7.2011 on words. i want the justification and request please look in to the matter and chear the things as early as posebal or i have to change the servicr which i an holding my number from last 8 years.if my 2gb service is not ativated then i would request you to please return all my dues and the same of rs99 which i have topup for gsm..
