the worst experience i had when i travelled in greenlinetravels tirumala tour package...very very rash driving..thank god we reached home alive...the guide is useless...very rude..he doesnt know how to deal with passengers...next, the food and accommodation in tirumala residency hotel...rooms are dirty to the core.they will allow only half an hour to fresh up...no tea or coffee will be provided..then they took us to ticket counter by 3a.m...counter will be open only by 5a.m..we got to wait in long queue and get 50/-ticket...they took us again to tirumala residency hotel for breakfast...never before i had such a bad food in my life...there is no table..we are allowed to sit in plastic chairs and have food...no fan nothing...then they dint allow us for mottai saying that it is not part of thier package..but they promised they will allow us for that during booking...we fought with the guide and finally gave some bribe for a fraud recommended by that guide and performed mottai for our child..then finally got darshan after waitng for 3 long hrs in queue...
HIGHLY INDISCIPLINED AND UNORGANISED TOUR PACKAGE.PLEASE DONT GO TO TIRUPATI IN GREEN LINE TRAVELS TIRUMALA TOUR PACKAGE.I REGRET CHOOSING THIS PACKAGE.

Greenline Travels i booked.Munnar-Alleppy Honeymoon package His Good Serives & Good Hotel.Thank s To Greenline Travels
GREEN TRAVELS BUS REPRESENTATIVE ARE COLLECTING A HUGE AMOUNT FOR THE LUGGAGE ILLEGALLY i HAD TRAVELED ON 11-11-11 FROM BANGALORE TO CHENNAI BY 11PM AC SLEEPER COACH oUR BIRTH L1, L5 AND L6 AND THE BUS REPRESENTATIVE COLLECTED rS 500 FOR THE LUGGAGE WHICH IS FREE IN OTHER BUSES BUS NO KA51A4761. THERE WAS AN EMBARRASSING SITUATION. I WAS FORCED TO PAY THIS AMOUNT OTHERWISE I COULD HAVE BEEN NOT ALLOWED TO TRAVEL. PLEASE AVOID IN TRAVELLING GREEN LINES
I dont recommend GREENLINE travel package tour as they are just a brokers in this business. They deal with the local tour operators and travel agencies for the package tour. I had pathetic experience in my life a couple of days back when i went to Munnar through 2N, 3D package tour.



GREENLINE don't own vehicles. They are partnering with ROYAL travels (Local travel agency) from Bangalore to Munnar travel and you will be on ROYAL travel's favor. They will drop you 90 Kms before the munnar and you have to arrange the onward journey to Munnar by your own. There will be no support from Greenlines/Royal travel to make you confortable as committed in the package.



The accomodation will be very very poor quality. As per GREENLINE's defination, its 3 star hotel. However, to your surprise its a terrible lodge with bed bugs across everywhere.



So, please never ever go with GREENLINE. They are the cheaters.
Disgusting. You can book it but there is very high chance you may not get service. I booked it for the holiday season, but just before the journey day I got call from traveler saying that the service is cancelled. I inquired it later and found that there was a service but cancelled my booking due to heavy demand and sold the tickets for higher prices. Very bad experience

Tourist Package — Poor service standards for exorbitant price

This is complaint on Munnar (2N) & Alleppy (1N Houseboat) with return Bus tickets, during 2nd week of Dec11. The Tour Package was bought from whooping Rs.13,000 for each of 3persons for Deluxe A/C accommodation and transportation by Innova Car in Kerala.

My complaint is about House Boat stay in Aleppy:
1) The single room boat was inadequate for 3persons, with one bed laid on corridor blocking the access to toilet.
2) The condition of the boat was bellow deluxe standard as
a) The fan provided was violently wobbling with huge noise when switched ON. The boatman behaved rudely, ignoring our complaint, while nothing improved when we called the travel agent.
b) The room had no proper latch from inside, leaving us unsafe
c) The shower head in the bathroom was dirty, with no tube connected - far below standards of a deluxe accommodation
d) The boat was parked in place with garbage& waste plastic bottles around the boat, with lot of mosquitos. The boatman didn't heed our request to park it in a better place. This spoiled our holiday. I called the travel agent but of no use except for false assurances to improve the conditions
e) The boatmen were drunk at 7pm, subjecting us to lot of inconvenience to our family particularly, ladies.
3) We were left in Kochi as we were having lunch and replaced our innova car by indica an inferior car. We were not shown any place in Kochi and local partner of the travel agent advised us to go around in a ferry tour which was not suiting our return journey timings.

Ausum Travelling through Greenlines !!!Loved that a lot :) I recommend greenlines for travelling to Tirupathi ..nice food both brkfast and Lunch :) Even Darshan was planned in very organised way for us
We had gone to Tirupathi package trip in Green line Travels from Bangalore. During our visit it was very good as per the timings and norms told by them were executed. Mr.Hari one of the guide at Tirupathi was good and he guided helped us lot. The Darshan also went well. They provided us one good breakfast and lunch in their lodging. The rooms for batching also okay little bit they have to concentrate on the cleaning. Total it was good for our trip.
I had booked 3 Tirupati darshan seats in Greenlines Merzedes Benz bus on 27th June 2012 for 28th June night travel through internet. During online booking there was some technical problem which got reolved after speaking to the customer number mentioned in the website and alternate number provided by the gentleman from customer care. On 28th June Afternoon I got a call from greenlines travel and they informed me that I need to reach the bust stop by 9:45pm as bus will be reaching there by 10:00 pm where time mentioned in online ticket was 10:15 pm. So we have reached bus stop by 9:30 pm and waited till 10:30 pm before bus reach the bus stop.
The bus was comfortable minus head rest covers which has not washed for weeks together. After boarding the bus we have offered blankets, 500ml mineral water and small packet of biscuits. Around 2:30 am we have reached Tirupati. When we alighted from the bus, we all surprised to notice that we are not standing infront of a hotel. Instead travel agency had constructed slum kind of rooms. There a person got introduced himself as guide, and he had asked 4 persons each to occupy one single room and asked us to report back to the bus in 30 minutes. The room was too small which can accommodate 4 people. One bed was there for all 4 o[censored]s to sit. The geyser in the room was not functional and it took nearly 15 minutes to get it operational. When we started freshen up, guide and his team are keep on enquiring on regular interval whether we have completed the freshen up. By 3:15 we all somehow manage to complete the freshen up and assembled back near the bus. Then the guide has asked us to have the breakfast arranged in a dining room behind that building. The buffet breakfast was good and tasty. They had server tea/ coffee depends on preference. After breakfast we went and sat on our bus. Eventhough 3-4 co-passengers not boarded, the guide had asked the driver to take us to Padmavati Temple. We reached there in 5 min time and got the darshan in 15 min time. Later the bus had taken to another place where we supposed to board APSRTC bus which ply between Tirupati and Tirumala.
There were two APSRTC buses parked there and passengers from our bus had occupied the seats in both the buses. Later we come to know that only one bus is meant for Greenlines passengers and other one is for another travel agency passengers. When we reached the bus meant for Greenlines, we found all the seats occupied. The Mecedes benz bus was of 53 seats and guide was trying to put 53 passengers in 45 seater APSRTC bus. When the passengers protested, the guide had asked 4 -5 passengers to board another bus from APSRTC busstand. Once the APSRTC bus started climbing the ghat section, the guide started distributing Rs. 300/- per passenger saying we need to take the Sheegradarshan tickets our own. Before booking the ticket online, when I spoke to Greenlines guys, they have agreed that Sheegradarshan tickets will be collected by Greenline team and give it to us. Almost all the passengers were in angry mood due to non honouring the commitment by greenlines. But the guide was very adamant and informed to all that this is a private tour company and they will not get the sheegradarshan tickets unlike APSRTC, ITDC etc;.
In the bus there were few people who want to go for Mundan (Hair crop) for which the guide had arranged a person (tout ?) who had asked them to pay Rs. 50/- to barber as dakshina and Rs. 100/- as his commission.
Around 6:30 am the guide had shown us the queue in which we need to stand to collect the sheegra darshan ticket. None o[censored]s knew that we all are going to stand in queue for next 5 hours only to collect the sheegradarshan tickets. Around 12:00 pm we have got the darshan and reached APSRTC busstand by 12:30 pm. By 12:45 pm guide had arranged a APSRTC bus to go back to Tirumala. Also some of the passengers want to buy additional Laddus for which separate token is required. The guide had collected the money from them and charged Rs. 50/- per laddu where same is costing Rs. 25/- at the temple. Reached greenlines guest house (Slum) by 1:45 pm. Had south Indian Buffet lunch there. Like breakfast, lunch was also good. Our return journey to Bangalore started by 2:30 pm and reached KR Puram by 7:30 pm.
So my advice is that if you are not expecting the travel agency to arrange your sheegra darshan ticket and you can stand in the queue for the same, then greenlines travels can be considered. Otherwise consideragencieis like APSRTC, ITDC etc; where you need to not stand in queue to purchase the sheegradarshan ticket. You need to stand in the queue only for Darshan. Choice is yours.
we visited tirupati package in Benz bus but seat is not sooo good, we reached tirupati by 3.30 room given to us is not keep clean and hot water is not given for bath . then we left to temple in another bus by keeping our luggage in green line bus after coming back from the temple to green line bus we checked our bags it is opened and our things are thrown out thank god we have not kept any valuable in a bag BEWARE OF GREEN LINE
One star is just for the bus...everything else is bad. The main disadvantage of this travels is that they do not get you the tickets for darshan even though they advertise on their website. All they do is give you 300 Rs and make you stand in the queue - this is like everybody else who come by their own means thereby defeating the purpose of booking the package (and the exorbitant cost)
Also, the guide offered to buy additional laddoos and took 50 Rs per laddoo. Later, we realized that we get 4 laddoos for Rs.100!
They do not also stop on the way for bathroom breaks which is very inconvenient.

The accommodation they provide is sparse (only half hour for getting ready) and hot water is based on your luck.
When starting from Bangalore, we had to wait @ Tin factory for 1/2 hour for our bus.
I had purchased online Greenline Travel Services tickets for travel between Bangalore and Kodaikanal.

My bus from Bangalore to Kodai on July 15 was cancelled at the last minute. I was put on to a KPN bus for which I had to buy a separate ticket and asked to secure the refund of my Greenline ticket from Make My Trip, through which I had booked through. As this was my first experience, I did not think too much of it and purchased the ticket to get on with my journey.

To my surprise, my return bus from Kodai to Bangalore on July 18 was also cancelled, again at the last minute. This time, Raja Tours and Travels in Kodai did not ask me to buy a new ticket, but took the difference in the ticket fare, plus Rs. 40 extra without a receipt!!!.

The representative was extremely rude saying Rs. 40 was not a big amount for me to get a ticket.

As a woman traveling alone, out of concern for my safety, I had to pay the difference.

Make My Trip’s customer service executives did not seem to be aware of the cancellations, which is odd as operators should keep their agents informed.

I STRONGLY FEEL GREENLINE, KPN AND RAJA TOURS OF KODAI are in cahoots, cheating customers.
Iam dhayan iam travelling today (11/05/2014) @ 10 from bang to Cochin I just want to convey one this to the director that Green line serivce is so poor getting becoze of the people asssiting the travells beahve so harsh since I requested him to put my luggage in the back of bus instead he said all the passangers to keep in seat becoz his locked got stuck . Hope they should hve checked that earlier
Greenline travel is so poor travel. People working in this travel are more poorer, liar, not having manner to talk to customer. Please don't prefer this travel if you want to make your journey enjoyable and cool. They will make fool to everyone. At last movement they ask for more money. I have booked package one month before the journey by giving 23, 000 and on journey date they have taken 1000/- extra. They only sent a agent to take money and sent package ticket, at last movement they told that agent ran away.

They asked us to vacate the hotel too. Our bus was at 11:15 PM from Madurai to Bangalore, but because of their stupidity and rough language we had to come out from the hotel at 7 PM itself in Madurai. I gave money for AC sleeper Bus but they were giving Non-AC sleeper. After a long fight with them, finally we got AC sleeper. They promised for SRS AC sleeper but gave SRM AC Sleeper.

Please don't prefer this bad travel and those , stupid people.
The Worst bus services i ever seen in my life. please do not travel by Greenline bus tirupathi package.. i booked 3 tickets on AC sleeper coach but the seat quality was very poor.guide was very rude and they allow only 20min to fresh up they even do not bother about the baby. i booked for special darshan ticket but when we reached got to know that it is free darshan where we waited about 8 hr and finaaly we got darshan after 3hr so totally it took 11 hr for darshan. we booked ticket for confortable as baby was with me but this cheap people ate our money and asked us to wait in a open room. very bad experience in my life. this is not the only thing they changed the bus in the middle from ac sleeper to 2 seater which is really ridiculous.

generally in the package charges are includes for both up down. they should drop us whr they picked up. but these non-sense people did not do that. they left us in majestic instead madiwala @3AM where no buses are running and i was with my baby.

i dnt thnk these Greenline travel people have family and kids @their home. i wish they should suffer as we suffered.

We were told it is a one day trip. But it was a two day trip. They didn't even provided a room for night stay. They made us to wait in a hotel reception throughout the night. They are also cheating the passengers by giving spoilt prasad!! Horrible experience. I advice you all not to choose this travel. Please share and save people getting cheated.
WORST SERVICE, The guide [his name is BHAVA] worst inhuman guide in my experience, we had gone for tirupathi package on 15th July, [we had a 7year kid and an infant along with my wife and me ], he have us 30 min for bath and less than 30 min for breakfast we which we accommodated with great difficulty, after darshan he gave us gain 30 min for lunch, we rushed to change the infants diaper, rushed to have food, as we had an infant one o[censored]s had to hold the infant while other had food, suddenly the guide asked every one to move into the bus, I did request him for 10 min time, he didn't oblige .. after few arguments he threatened us that he will leave us and asked us to me in auto to the Padmavathi temple. Due to this argument we had to skip food ...

This is unhuman attitude from cheap folks, when I called their office, I was asked why no on else has complained ... very bad customer support and travel experience
