[Resolved]  Gsrtc — Refund Ticket

Dear Sir/Madam,

Myself Bhavin Tank, want to inform you about i have booked e-tickets from my ID "tankbhavin" and transaction was done successful but due to some reason i did not got e-ticket.The amount of Rs. 185 was deducted from my SBI Bank Account Net banking.I request you to help me to get my refund as soon as possible.I am giving the particulars regarding my transaction below. I complaint for second so please help.

14/4/2015 na roj surat thi dasaj ni ticket boking karta payment mode comlit thaya pachi page errore aawi.ticket book thai na hati.jena cash mara account mathi debit thayel che je aaj suthi refund nathi thaya.gsrtc ne mail karel jeno request no #419156 che jenu koi status aaj suthi mane malel nathi
