[Resolved] Hathway — Poor speed | |||
NEVER GO FOR HATHWAY.POOR SPEED AND POOR CC SERVICE. I am a new hathway user.My account number is 955283. I am having a 2mb/sec plan but since the day it was installed I am just getting the ~100kb/sec. Which is not even the 10% of speed for which I am paying.I have called CC two time and every in last week but nothing has happened so far.This is affecting my work and I now regret my decision to get the hatchway connection.And I am planning to move to Airtel which deliver what they promise . Not like hathway.(giving 100kb speed in 2mb/sec plan). Was this information helpful? | |||

Hathway — poor speed
this company is worst i made many complaints about poor speed, they say "our engineer will contact u in next 24 hours" Itz totally ... No 1 is there to contact me...Just tell me how long are 24hours? Longer than 3 months???
and more, for each complaint u have to wait on phone atleast 15 to 20 mins. come on man who will pay the phone bill?
