HCL Laptop Ax0h2601 — System was too slow & Parts not available

I bought a HCL Laptop AX0H2601 through Jumbo Electronics Corporation Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi on[protected]. Hardly I used this computer for one week. The system was too slow. When I checked, I found bad sectors in harddisk & not installed proper softwares. I gave the laptop for service to Jumbo Electronics Corporation Pvt. Ltd., but problem not sortout. My Laptop's External Adapter not work on dated 20-06-08, I call to your Helpline on friday, they provide service center Telephone number & address: DIGI LIFE STORE, Shop No. 1/2, Ground Floor Building No.252, Nazar Singh Place, Sant Nagar, East of Kailash, Delhi, and another address is F-1 Sector-8, Noida. Contact Person of both side is Mr. Manpreet. Whenever i call them, I get an answer, "The part is not in our stock." we provide Adapter on Monday, but when i call on Monday, he reply parts not available. Why HCL company's use given below lines on site or advetisement:-

I bought hcl laptop from Delhi but right now I am in Lucknow. Its power meter is not working properly and back up it shows as "unknown battery back up". Is there some way you can help me in sorting out this problem in Lucknow itself.

i had purchased one hcl system last year
i think i had been cheated by your local reatailor
the system i have recieved is not worth using your brand is decreasing the reputation day by day and i think thats true because the products you are inventing are not worth i have once amd athlon 2200 processor from local dealer that is not worth using i purchased it fro rs 25000 in the year 2002 it has give me such a bad after sales service and the system started hangging after working half an hour due to hardware failure your local dealer say that its processor heats up and need to be changed and it will cost me near about rs.8000 afetr that i purchased second computer system with three years guarantee and for that i paid rs. 2500 extra to the bloody retailor that told me that your all worries will be handled by me but it actulaay doesnot happen in the second computer the monitor given to me has a lot trouble it gives me the very bad view and local dealer has told me that companys person will visit and it will replace the monitor but this talk has been gone last 6 months but no person has visited i think you are the worst or your dealer is worst now i had purchased the COMPAQ system i think i have got the best deal ever it is cheaper than you and gives me such a good service i call the person and local dealer the person is standing in front of me in the next half an hour what the hell i had given you the money for i think you are the worst company or your dealers but according to me the dealers are the part of the company so you are the worst company i had ever used i think you should shut down your business and sleep at home becasue according to me you should not try again to sell the computer i am literly fed from you now i am having three system in my offices two of compaq and one of you but the compaq one works properly and your one is buul i think if after this mail the no action will be taken i should go to consumer court and than tell you what is the compaq...

HCL Laptop — combo drive problem,and touchpad

sir i have a problem with my laptop it dose not work properly i will complaint various times service center but not get any response .HE heared but not work .I have prob with my combo drive do not function not read or write.and touch pad also do not work.

Do not buy HCL Computers because you will be sorry if you buy this brand. Once your computer is out of the guarantee period the company's attitude is amazingly irresponsible. If there is any problem in the computer you are at the mercy of the dealer. The company does not provide any service window and if you call them for any help or guidance the response is negative in the extreme. The attitude is ' now that the guarantee period is over you can go to hell for all we care'.

I am a victim of their callous attitude so please be guided by my experience and do not fall into their clutches.

hi i hv hcl laptop model no. b3006. i installed windows 2000 professional and now i m not getting drivers for my laptop. i uninstalled XP due to audio card problem. sound form laptop speaker is very low. i uninstalled sound driver and trying to reinstall it but not working. now i format my laptop and install win 2000. i m not getting any driver for this. can u help in that??

I had purchased my Laptop 7months before and it is running fantastic, but last week I face a problem with Laptop's Keyboard,

Only 'D' key is not finctioing, when I pressed that key nothing happing with that key,

So I was looking for Service center for HCL, but I did not get proper contact numbers,

HCL Laptop — cd dre is not workingiv

i bought this hcl laptop from coimbatore.when ever i on my system that cd drive is not installed. so how to installed cd drive.my cd drive is also not working.

I brought my HCL Laptop 3 weeks back first it came with VISTA then i changed back to XP then problem started .Now i am unable to install AUDIO Drivers for my laptop with the CD you provided to me and even my CD-Drive gives lot of noise and some of the CD's do not play atall.

I stay at Chennai so can you send me the details about the service centers list in chennai and i am asking this question because the service center numbers that you have mentioned in the booklet are worng and even they are in use now.

I agree fully with the worst People that HCL have.
I bought one Toshiba LapTop and it did not work. I gave it to a HCL service centre, annangar, chennai(since Toshiba havetieup only with hCL).

More that 3 and half months over and every time i give a call, they say, we wil fix it. They never commit any date on which they can fix the problem.

I have never seen such a worst serivce in my life. NEVER PURCHASE HCL OR TOSHIBA LAPTOPS AND NEVER GIVE IT TO HCL GUYS.
